Looks ambitious and sounds promising.
He says he'll be back to share on something else he has been working on. For the love of all things holy, please be the menus, they need streamlining, they need to work and they need to translate that action on the court.Last edited by Impetuous65; 08-04-2018, 03:12 PM.Comment

Also about the DNA feature. So if I wanted to create a Lebron or MJ clone can I just carry their DNA over to the create a player/draft feature?

Re: NBA 2K19 MyLEAGUE and MyGM Developer Blog
I’m ridiculously excited he name checked Jo Jo White, Maurice Lucas, & Rudy T, who should be added to the All Time Celtics, Trailblazers, & Rockets. I need access to those historic draft classes assuming there are guys in there not on classic teams or all time rosters. If 2K Share is really back this is just a grand slam for historic roster makersComment

Re: NBA 2K19 MyLEAGUE and MyGM Developer Blog
I’m curious to how the 17 to 30 draft seeding will work with traded draft picks. If a team trades its first round pick to the warriors, gets into the “sub-tournament”, and wins does their Traded Pick get 1st or does their held pick (regardless of what team it originally belonged to) get the the 1st.
I find this option incredibly compelling

In real life the lotto tourney wouldnt fly. Because as a player what exactly are you playing for? Especially if you're a pending FA? And if your not you're basically playing for the team to have a better chance at replacing you. In 2k though it's pretty dope.

Re: NBA 2K19 MyLEAGUE and MyGM Developer Blog
I'm like 99% sure this is already in the game. I remember seeing during the offseason of one of the MyLeagues I did that one of the rule changes to vote on was changing the shot clock to 35 seconds. Obviously it'll be better now that you won't have to play a season with a 24 second clock before hoping it's one of the rules that pop up to vote on. You can just start in the offseason, change it and go.Comment

Re: NBA 2K19 MyLEAGUE and MyGM Developer Blog
Yeah, provided starting a MyLeague is the same as it currently is, when you're first setting up the league you can choose to 'Start in Regular Season' or 'Start in Offseason' and you'll just start with the offseason checklist like if you get after your first season. So it stands to reason that when you get to the League Meetings task there you'll be able to just pick your 5 rule changes to vote on and force the YES on the shot clock rule.Comment
