Slashing Rim Protector is a no go. You get a measly 69 Strength and 73 block. That's not maxed out, but you're still gonna get bullied very easily. If we go by 2k18 builds, you're getting bullied by 95% of the centers you match up against. Rebounders, Rim Protectors, and Post Scorers will all be high strength, possible worse if max weight. You'll be able to score, but good luck boxing out for the rebound and good luck trying to keep bullies out the paint. 73 block won't save you.

      -PF 7' 245lbs PS/ST
Post Scoring Stretch is also a no go. 3 point shot is 67. Probably maxes to 70. Granted you can hit with that combined with the right jump shot, but a 70 is too much effort, not to mention the slightest hand in your face means a miss. I could be wrong, who knows.

Post Scoring shot creator definitely not gone be able to shoot 3s anymore if the PS/ST can barely shoot 3s

If we weren't role players in 2k18, we're REALLY role players in 2k19.
Try upping the weight on your players. 240 is too lightweight for bigs imo. I'd say depending on the build, 265-280 is the ideal range. I would put both as PF as well. Most of your movement on offense will be from pick n roll/pop's anyway so you would get that lil burst of speed to your spots.

I saw a lot of post scorers in the beginning of 18 too but people quickly changed because there was no post cheese.

        Probably the same this year
Most dont even know how to use a post scorer & definitely not against builds that have defense in it.

I thought about upping the weight, but you'll still be massively behind. Don't know where I read it, but it's -11/+11 in loss/gain for weight. So even if you max out weight, it's only gone be around 85. Other big men will easily be low 90s. That's why I didn't contemplate stretches in 2k18 because I could easily bully them. Most kids will be going Maxed Slashing Rebounder again, with other people going Post Players and of Course Glass cleaner

You also gotta remember cap breakers are still random so you won't be making strength for awhile

One thing I will say is it looks like 2k gave smaller bigs a big speed boost. I might just F it and go with my 2 way and deal with the silver badges

Really strugglin with deciding should make post scoring finisher or rebounding finisher .....first one would be more versatile but im afraid i would get destroyed on boards.

both would be 7'1 to get small speed advantage and for getting contact dunk package :/

              Is this a 6'10 lockdown?

A 6'10 sf lockdown at 230 with a 7'8 1/2 wingspan and 89 lateral quickness, 80 speed, and 89 vertical is completely insane. He can guard all 5 positions literally.

This might be a cheese build.

ohhhh...this has me excited for the 6'10"/6'11" Rebounding RP power forward...If I can get an 85 Lat Quickness..I'm hype..last year as a 611" slashing rebounder my lat quickness was like a 50...I see the pure Rim has an 81 rebound, my 7'0" rebounding RP had a 79 rebound with a few notches left....I'm thinking I might get it into the mid 80's...my block might top out at around 90-92 but..85 rebound with gold rebounder...+90 ish block and steal...BEFORE my takeovers..and 80 ish lat quickness..man when you take boosts into account GG and HOF quick reflexes...GG

I feel like a two-way stretch 4 could be an ideal center build this year.

Now that they nerfed isolation scoring a lot of teams are going to abuse the 4 out 1 in PnR so having a player who's big and fast enough to properly defend it might be very valuable.

On offense you would also drag those big slow centers out of the paint and have enough strength to abuse a mismatch in the post, the badges are pretty nice as well.

Versatility will be the name of the game this year imo.

Plugging those numbers into 2K18 gets this. Its ridiculous

How fun would a Slashing lockdown be? 6'7 average weight average height? That 6'10 looks fun but you got no Scoring options?

You can. Still get contact dunks with it

Had a 6'10" rebounding rim protector last year and if you knew your limitations on offense and played good position defense it was crazy good. I had enough Lateral Quickness to stay with most big wings on the perimeter and you could recover really quickly.

You lose the HOF Rim Protector this year unless you go Centre though, but you get gold Hustle Rebounder instead of Silver
