Anybody used a small PF build? Like a 6"7 or 6"8 PF.
If so what are your experiences in regard to matching up with bigger builds?
I am considering making like a stretch defending 4 but idk yet.

I got the same build at 6'9. The badges and high vert/strength makes up for being undersized. You can definitely hold your own too on the board against rebounders as long as you get good position.

So last week I ended up making another PF 6'9 248lbs, but with max wingspan this time. I'm going all in on defense, which is what I should have did from the start. At the very least, this guy will turn out to be as close to a pure rim protector as possible, with silver shooting badges. I still plan on working on my pure rim protector, but probably later down the road. Florence had me on lock for a few days, but I'm back on that grind.

Pro Am Builds For 2k19

Have a bunch of offensive bronze badges on my 6’5 playmaking shot creator and starting to really enjoy it. Excited to see what he’ll be like once he gets to 86 ball control.

Also, at some point in the next few weeks, once I feel comfortable with the progress of my play/shot, going to make a 6’11 C that is a defensive first, AF second. Want to be an athletic freak on both ends and just wreak some havoc.

Also interested in a slashing first, shot creator second about 6’7/6’8 at SF, but I think 3 players will be too much for me to progress.

Seems like centers have a higher dunk tendency than PFs when using the same build

I Think position tendencies matters more this year.

Put Shot Creator as the primary if you're a guard and you'll have arguably the best build in the game. A buddy of mine has this build and goes off with it. Greens damn near everything

Silver defensive stopper ( and rim protector ) are definitely nice this year .

Two Way Athletic Finisher C is nice, gets Gold Defensive Stopper and Rim Protector, in pro am its better to throw lobs than try a pass that gets stolen 95% of the time on backdoor cuts

From what I've seen so far, Two Way Athletic Finisher and Pure Glass Cleaner are the best defensive big man builds, and Shot Creating Post Scorer is the best offensive big man build.

Yeah alley oops are the safest pass to make to a cutter or stationary big man this year.

The alley oop badges and animations are a lot more valuable to have on a MyPlayer in 2K19.

Drop HOF to silver tier

Silver defensive badges are definitely useful in 2K19 now that they drop all of your matchup's badges by two levels. Last year, they had no affect on gold or hall fame offensive badges.

I read somewhere that hard fouls at the basket will do it .

I just did the drill after every game .

also, just to be clear, what will that do to my opponent badges? It affects smalls and bigs when I switch, right?
