Played 11-min quarter, very low scoring game with me (Bucks) vs Pacers (AI) on HOF custom sliders (as per Rob recommendation).

I'm a Spurs fan. It all started with Kawhi, a 2-way solid player that I've been watching closely for past 3 years. The Spurs uses a lot of mixed actions and I've been searching high-low for the playbooks. A lot of their plays could be found in 2K17 playbook but unfortunately they are now taken out from 2K19. I'll post them in the playbook thread and hopefully dzar can re-instate them.

So u will expect a lot of these (changed in each time-out) in my footage :

SPURS THRU SERIES
SPURS ZIPPER SERIES
HAWKS
DOUBLE DRAG
SWING Freelance

Set plays are limited now (3pt plays were missing from the playbook). I have no issue with posting it in the simnation tube. For now, it on my own channel (u shouldnt see ads there Lol).

What's up fam...just a suggestion but when we stream I think it'll be good to let the people know what difficulty level you're on and what changes if any, you have made to the sliders, I personally will be sticking to default sliders until I get a feel for what I think may need to be tuned via sliders...also COME THROUGH AND SUPPORT @RICHMO ON TWITCH LIVE RIGHT NOW! twitch.tv/officialsimnation

Feels so good to be back! I missed 9/11 2K Day but I hope it was exciting up in here.

I must say, Man, it feels good to see yall up in here puttin in that work!!!

I would've expected more than 1 youtube video, but Rob is really good at that stuff, which is what I pretty much encourage him to keep up.

I'm gonna check with Czar and see if we can upload his tutorials up there or at least a few, and we will easily link and point people to his channel.

One things for sure, we are totally better together.


PS, also keep in mind/remember that some plays will be added once preseason comes and we can see what teams are running.

In the past additions were limited because 2K metrics showed that people weren't using them, but this go round, lets make this stuff spread like a Cali wildfire.

Are you guys finding the CPU running the appropriate plays? Some posters have said the Rox run their offense through Capela and not pnr with their guards?

They say it’s caused by the playbook bug.

I’ll have a look tonight

Like I said, it should be a mix of everyone's creativity but definitely substance.

We don't want to clamp people down to just one thing.

People look for entertainment value as much as they do tutorials or whatever else at the end of the day.

Collectively we can just share our creativity and be unlimited instead of boxed in.

Im using Philly @ Houston.

The results so far is that, those claims are not true at all.

Capela hasn't even scored a bucket so far, and Harden attacked JJ Reddick from the start of the game in fact.

I think he scored like the first 6 points for his team.

Whomever that is, i bet they're not disclosing something, which brings me to


We need to start demanding video from guys making wild claims.. at this point its been years and dudes are boisterous with that stuff, but never let you see what they're doing.

ah I was busy with my own and gameplay experience, totally forgot abt cpu plays. I'll keep an eye on them.

For sure, the cpu stretch 4s hardly go for 3 pt attempts. In my video against the pacers, I think Turner and Young had zero 3 attempts. Looks like some work need to be done on the roster tendencies.

You know, I haven't tried HOF in years. Trying it now. Despite how the default sliders LOOK, the gameplay itself isn't as hard as I thought it would be. And for some reason, it is easier to blow by the defender on HOF then it is on Superstar and All Star. Just weird that so far so good, I am not being destroyed by the Warriors yet. I'm losing, but not by a lot like I thought I would be.

WOW!!! Kemba Walker went beast mode on me!! That's all the info I can give you, tough fought game that started out rough for your boy with a ending that even I didn't expect! IT'S A MUST WATCH!!!!! #SimNationForLife

EDIT: ALL STAR DEFAULT SLIDERS, KEMBA WAS THE ONLY PLAYER PLAYING ON HOF 🤣🤣 fg %'s were also a bit high for both teams in this game, shooting felt easier but I'll stick with all star default for a few more games and see what happens but I do feel like both teams were getting high % shots because my defense sucked but I got some good looks by using my playbook and calling manual screens when nothing else worked.

I have an at2020 audio technica usb mic that I sit in front of my soundbar, sound would've been alot better but my wife and daughter was asleep so I didn't crank it up. I also turned off menu music so i wouldn't get flagged, wouldn't hurt to turn off pa volume as well since it also plays copywritten music from the soundtrack. Did you watch the stream bro?? I enjoyed the heck out of that game[emoji1434][emoji459]

EDIT: I hate that I can hear my ps4 stand, it has a built in fan but it's alot more ear friendly than that ps4 757 jet fan lol...on my audio settings I turn down the commentary and crowd a little bit so i can hear the player chatter (they actually call out how their playing the screen and the scream a players name if he's left open, small but great little detail from 2k) and court sounds (rim, nets, shoes screech and such)
