What about the actual tendency sliders? Wouldn’t those have a bigger impact on style of play like 3 point attempts, post ups, etc?

Mad explained a lot better. Basically what I’m saying when I adjust those sliders is honestly a change in gameplay and why I’ve had the slider for star players to score more takeoff and when I lower it you’re getting five guys in double figures and I’ve had that happen three straight times with the slider lowered but as soon as I opened back up star players taking 52% of the shots.

I´m just wondering why Simulation Sliders would effect Gameplay when we have actual Gameplay Sliders?? It doesn´t make sense in my opinion and from a logical standpoint I´m asking myself if they would clash with each other.
And if they affect Gameplay, why have them only in MyLeague??
Wouldn´t it make sense to have them in all modes??

(I played only two MyLeague games so far and maxed out the 3-Point-Tendency to test this, everything else at default, but I didn´t notice any difference.)

Same can be said why can you only edit series in game and not via the roster editor. Why can you set primary scorers in myleague and not in the roster editor.

Over the years I learned when it comes to video games, some things don't make logical sense, but it works. Just like all the years where penalty sliders had a bigger impact in Madden and NCAA football games then the actual game play sliders. Or why in Madden sliders in CFM act different the same sliders in Play Now games.

Or you can ask yourself why in NBA 2K badges have way more of an impact of how the AI plays then their ratings do. Badges over ride a lot of things. Simulation sliders over ride a lot of things.

It is what it is. Not logical, but hey if it works it works. I stopped bringing logic to sliders, ratings, tendencies, etc years ago when it come to sports video games.

Nope. OG said this was specifically worked on. I was pick and popping to Porzingis and they slid a defender over forcing me to swing the ball

Also, what's the deal with the AI double-teams now? Some people are saying they're not seeing it anymore, and I know Scott OG said it should be fixed as soon as a day and a half from now. I'm still trying to decide if I should get the game now or wait a few days.

Awesome. Have you seen anything in particular that the AI is unrealistically bad at stopping?

I've scrimmaged for a few hours after being in freestyle mode learning this new dribble system, so Im not the best person to ask.

But I specifically tested the manual pick and pop because it's been money for 5 years.

I mean is there going to be a price difference if you wait a day or two versus now? I haven't played CPU yet today, but if he said it's going to be fixed soon, I have no reason to believe otherwise.

Agree this has been an incredible experience.

I did notice the CPU double teaming me on all-star, it worked the first few times and they forced some turnovers but after I adjusted I began punishing them for it and getting open layups. They still kept doing it. Not sure if it was a difficulty level thing or an issue with Classic teams not having the smartest ACE adjustments but I was playing on All-star difficulty against the 1993 Hornets. Won by 40

The only thing that's really bothering me on default All-Star right now(other than me being a garbage shooter-I only play with the shot meter off) is that I feel like CPU guards and wings should be forced into more pick up situations when they get shut down on their first dribble move to the basket. IMO only elite ball handlers should be able to make two or three counters against really good D.

I sort of found a solution for this by accident...when guarding the ball handler L2+R2 does a hard cut off move that tends to make ball handlers lose their dribble.
