Game still feels good to me on offline/all-star. I think some of y'all are overreacting a bit. I can tell a difference but it's not as bad as some of what I've read.

Guys - Does this patch truly make the game worse? I just bought it but have not opened it yet. I liked how the demo felt as far as weight to players and I'm nervous they buckled and went backwards. Please tell me this is not true..

Ive only played 1 full game, but this patch seemed to improve it from the last update they did. Some of the same issues, as in yrs past, exist, if your a offline player. Like a lack of fouls for example, but if you enjoyed the game in the past, I cant imagine you would be disappointed with NBA2k20. IMO anyway, I think 2k20 is much better than 2k19 was, but thats just me, some may feel differently.

LoL. Ok Redman. Once you open these games can't get money back(Madden 20 pc got me bitter). Once I download patch hopefully I can play Saturday for myself.

I noticed they updated Zach LaVine, Jokic as well as Jerrod Vanderbilt. LaVine looks off still, but at least his eyes aren't as strange as before. He looks really jacked up though when he talks at halftime lol. Jokic is just back to 2k19's model (with longer arms) and they fixed Vanderbilt's neck. He's still way too swole though. Idk if anyone else was updated.

The other things I've noticed through 2 games, the game speed is way up, definitely feels like the intent was to appease those who god forbid couldn't let go of turbo. Not a fan.
Green releases are even easier than before, even on Superstar and Hall of Fame.
They changed the dribble controls so that back on the left stick and R2 + flick back on right stick do the exact same stepback escape dribble rather than R2 + flick right stick doing a behind the back wrap dribble. Now to do the wrap behind the back you hold R2 + flick right back left or right (7:30 or 4:30 if you use absolute)
I guess they felt you cant bring the turbo guys to the left stick so you had to bring the left stick move to the turbo guy lol.

I'm pleasantly surprised about the 99 under basket tendency bug fix. Gives me hope.

Dudes find out the game is different from last year and immediately complain to make it the same lmao. Won’t be surprised if 2k20 ends up being 2k19 again once the Youtube and Twitter 2k community gets through spamming the devs on social media

Yea I was practising the new way to trigger the behind the back wrap in the freestyle mode...the speed curry did it at is comical this is way too fast.

The l stick isn’t that responsive so I understand the change but this speed here has the animations looking like their played at 2x. Just hold r2 and run around the court in freestyle mode lol smh. I know if I go over to reddit and twitter nobody asked for this do they really just take feedback from youtubers?

The only people who keep saying this are people who havent played the game yet.

Most will agree the gameplay is worlds better than 19

Its the online players who have the big issues. Sure everyone has one or two things they feel could be better but there hasnt been a better basketball game made gameplay wise til this day better than 2k20 and that's not even a debate.

I can't feel a speed difference at all offline.

I can but some of it might have been smoothed out with the patch.

Then again i had the game before anything, Day 1, 1st update and everything else

Some of the animations may be a bit quicker? It's hard to tell.
