    Re: Nba2k20 patch version 1.11

layup timing is a lot easier. i guess to curtail that crowd that claimed it was broken.

i could time then before and am even better now..pro touch has a use now.

Today's update allows you to choose the accessory color for created/rebranded teams inside the uniform editor.

                  Re: Nba2k20 patch version 1.11

Played one game and noticed a few things that seemed different. For context I play a player locked MyLeague and I’m in year 4, I play pretty much every game on 58 game seasons so I’ve pretty much exclusively dedicated my time in this game to this mode. My Player is a 96 rated PG and I play on HOF with a few slider tweaks (very minimal).

                  • Teammate and opponent IQ and awareness seems much improved. Had some teammates try to break opponents down off the dribble, move the ball much quicker, and just in general move around a little bit less brain dead.

                  • CPU ended up using all its timeouts to stop various runs I went on in the fourth quarter.

                  • CPU I was playing against went down to Drummond often and he was breaking out some moves I’ve rarely if ever seen post players do in this game. I had to double him by the fourth quarter.

                  • CPU was also a bit quicker on the trigger, shooting a bit faster when open and even taking some mid-range jumpers and more threes when open. Shot selection was way different.

                  • MyPlayer usually dunks often, he was taking a lot more contextual layups in traffic. You love to see it.

                  • Ball was a bit more live and less blow bys for my player, had to work a bit more on the stick to get by and have more awareness of the help defense and the rotations.

                  • The playbook seems a bit more open, I leave playcalling on auto and in general just follow what the coach calls. Most of the time it’s the same actions over and over again. The playcalling was much more varied. You could tell both my team and the CPU were running different sets more frequently throughout. This along with the players moving around a bit more and with purpose felt really nice.

These might all be placebo, idk. The game felt way more organic and different than the past month or so which was getting pretty stale imo. Wish 2K would throw out some patch notes but oh well.

Unsure if it's for all players, but I know my Rebounding Wing was unable to catch alley oop dunks at all prior to the update. He would either do a layup or wouldn't even attempt to catch the alley oop pass at all. Now he's dunking in the Rec off of alley oops with no problem. Would love if more people could experiment to verify. I had a friend try his build that also wasn't able to catch lob dunks prior and he's able to do so now.
Oh it’s definitely confirmed. It was really flippin’ annoying to have a 6’5 SG Offensive Threat that couldn’t finish alley-oops. But somehow, someone else who made the EXACT SAME BUILD as mine, with literally everything I had, WAS able to finish them. And I couldn’t understand why, at all.

Now for the first time, my player is actually catching and dunking them. Thank goodness. **** was frustrating.

Same. Haven't dunked 1 all year until today.
