One of my favorite ways to get better at the game last year on current gen was to just go into your player's MyCourt and do the "personal workout" drill against the CPU where you start with the ball in the backcourt and then after you take a shot it automatically resets you and the defender back into place so you can go at them again quickly without wasting time chasing rebounds or jogging around.

Does next gen '22 have anything equivalent to '21's "personal workout" drill?

anyone got the free spin/daily reward?

It's in the grassy area in middle of the map where the main drag of buildings are (pro am, rec, ante up, gatorade, myteam, club 2K). You just walk up underneath your park affiliation's giant statue and press A to claim it.

On NG there is a statue where you should get a daily reward.

When i stand in front off it i cant que to get get the reward.

Im wondering if others do get their reward.

Are you at the right statue? I know when it’s available it pops up on the map as what looks like a little VC coin

Any word on the face scan app? Not having the greatest experience offline this year, want to try out some park, but don’t want to start a career without a proper face scan

Nothing yet. But just in case you haven't played MyCareer in awhile, you can always update your face as you go so it shouldn't theoretically hold you back from getting started.

Once again, PS5.
no instant replays during nba games
no replay for challenged calls
no assist of the game
no player of the game
last year MC was the same... this makes it seem like they don't care, because the WNBA has the highlights and all that stuff with no problems. And from all the stuff ppl complain about, this seems like an oh we missed that, quick patch work and voila! replays... but nah

Also, CPU super punishes you if you slack on defense just a LITTLE bit... I feel a player like Draymond could go 5/5 from the 3 if I slip up and i'm not in front of him with my hands up... Like casual 3pt shooters were lighting me up week 1 of me playing this lol. I got it 2k... ALWAYS have your hands on the right stick or else SPLASHHHHH in your eye.......... on pro too, we don't care, be great on day 1

How does this years NBA 2K MyCareer hold up in terms of content and cutscenes ?
NBA2K21 was only full of it up until you reach the NBA, then the interviews stopped and so did all the cutscenes.
So the playing got quite boring seeing as it was only game after game and nothing inbetween.

I only play MyCareer and if not full of content/cutscenes/interviews its a no buy for me.

I think the only part I don't enjoy is just how big the city is. I want to do everything but even with the skateboard it takes forever to get anywhere

In case you didn't hear by now, the face scan app is available. Works a lot better than years past too IMO.
