Do we know how this is handled in mynba? Loading a roster in with this adjustment keeps the users settings at 75 but I’m curious how it will affect the CPU’s teams
You can set it for each team. That used to be the way to do it in my nba. Go adjust each team at beginning of season. It sticks. Now it’s tied to roster so do once and done.

Can anyone comment on how fast breaks play out? Is the user speed still capped to allow the defenders to catch up and defend? Or can you finally run to top speed and go for the breakaway dunk?

It looks like it plays good, you can get a steal and end up with a lone dunk on the other hand, there has been some fast breaks i've especially on MJ pre release videos on yt.

It’s fixed! Needs speed adjustments though as out of box ball handler at 60 I think and without ball at 75. But no more hitch! Had a breakaway with chris Paul for east layin. Also had another breakaway where Giannis pinned me chasing me down that was awesome but wasn’t because of anything but him being the freak!

Here’s 1 more quick help d rotations that led to 2 drive and kicks. I’m rusty on sticks but you guys at least can see the help rotating more.

Yea it's great but you're also right that some don't like this much committed to help help such as me i like more in the middle playing the 2 to get back for a pass much like zone playing, but yea this makes your team scrumble there and lead to tos, rush offense at times which is great as long as we have the option to lower or higher.

I’m just showing for cpu AI. User can adjust. But like I said before this was 95 and I think 75-80 is sweet spot. This is more extreme at 95.

The rosters look good right out the box. I'd say each team has at least 5 or 6 real players. I got smoked by some dude named Moochie Norris on the Rockets. Not Steve Franchise. Not Yao. But Moochie Norris. Lol.

But this era is my wheelhouse too and it's the one I have played the most. An added bonus is that a majority of the coaches are real, too. Rick Adelman, Doc Rivers, Don Nelson, Byron Scott, Isiah Thomas, Rick Carlisle, Lenny Wilkens, Rudy T, Pop, Nate McMillan, Maurice Cheeks, Doug Collins, Larry Brown, Karl, Cartwright, Paul Silas, Jerry Sloan, Phil Jackson. 2K put in work. I am already hooked on the Tmac/Grant Hill Magic and I'm scheming to get Dwight Howard somehow. I just had a fun game against GP and the Sonics.

I had probably 3-4 nice breakaway dunks off of steals last game with Jordan. I'm going back to the current NBA now to see the differences. My first game Tatum had 2 fast break dunks and I had 1 with Mitchell. No catch up, and they even seemed to slow when I went up for the dunk and they were at the 3 pt line, so not even still running into the lane and jumping like they used to.

Magic is one of the teams I want to use! Need to get TMac a ring!

Also want to check out the Celtics for the time period.

Holy ****, real coaches?!!! Then that makes the playoff logos even more baffling. Btw, try to add Duncan who was supposed to join the Magic too 🤘🏼

So help d seems fixed. PnR defense is fixed. Fastbreak rubber banding is fixed. Dribblers are explosive instead of artificially slowed down/capped. Brick walls are no longer magnetizing you to the defender. AND the CPU is drawing fouls and getting to the FT line?

Alright one more for you New Zealanders: Do the Speed/Accel with Ball sliders actually work this year?

                              Yes they 100% do!

I just put to 100 on everyone then 0 to test and just as you would expect.
