It’s amazing. Is it me or did they also give him a signature rebound animation/s as well? Not sure if that’s even possible but it looks like it.

I love the attention to detail in the myEras. The signature moments running styles keep me playing this mode. Just started a new one yesterday. I love this game for this.

As someone old enough to remember the first year NBA 2K implemented the manual mid-air layup adjustment twenty years ago, I'm actually really impressed how natural it can look these days.

I guess I always sort of figured it'd look disjointed and weird because you're interrupting one set animation to initiate another out of the blue. But the branching of the two has really come a long way.

While we're at it, a couple bonus little things from that clip: the care to add a college three-point line to that early 90's Bradley Center court and the fact Jay Humphries, of all people, looks pretty sharp. I know we talk a lot about certain players missing but if you play MyEras enough, it's really kind of startling how many players they've got covered.

Jay Humphries is a DAWG in this game.. I mean my mans was leading scorer for like 3 years in my save.

          Rockets retired his number.

One thing that I have noticed in the myEras. Is that when you get into another decades the camera replay angles change and the close up shots. Really nice attention detail. This is hard to notice if you start let’s say Jordan and only stay in that. I started Bird versus Magic and when 1991 - 1992 hit I started seeing more modern replays from that time period.

Watching the transition between the '80s and '90s era was super cool. Seeing a third official being added, the official's uniforms updating, the game clock adding tenths of a second, the on-screen graphical overlay updates, seeing the presentation elements added (player stat line when at the free throw line, for example). This mode is one of the most ambitious things I've ever seen executed in a sports video game.

i saw a really nice one the other day. I had to pause the game and tell my opponent Paused game "Now that was nasty!!! Good move!!"

I love lane steals. They are so awesome!!!
