It's all about block.
First game i played i won, played a solid game, not a lot of turnovers. What do i get? 1 star.

So i saw the tips, and i did put only bronze players in the team. Joel Antony, Robin Lopez, Dieng and other PF's and Centers in my team.
Everytime i have the ball i run out of bounds.
The easiest way to get block is to do fake defence on the player and lure them inside. I played 10 team and i had 3 stars every game.
Pity that we have to encounter cheese with cheese.. This is mode broken as ****.

Last night I was shocked by a little test I ran.

Only on steals or fast breaks, I would run up and launch a three or a layup. Every other play I ran directly out of bounds, and tried for blocks.

I lost 103-11.

I ended up with only 14 blocks. I had trouble getting the Cavs to drive deep enough to get blocks.

I scored 5865 points. I must have played 30 seconds of offense in the entire game.

Ridiculous how messed up domination mode is.

I'm pretty sure it's only if you haven't gotten 3 stars by playing multiple games that you can still get packs.

So once you finish domination mode, you can no longer earn stars from it? At that point, you have no choice but to play online? It all makes me miss the EA Ultimate Team series, which always has a robust offline mode.

Also, is there a way to buy contracts? Right now I get them opening packs. Is there a cheaper alternative?

You can still play domination mode oder tournaments.
But you won't get stars from it, just MT.

Made 6400 MT against the Pacers but didnt get a 3-stars-pack. Did anyone make the same expierience ?

I got 6090 MT points against the Spurs and didnt get the 3 star pack. So id say you arent the only one...

38 blks against the west all stars with 11199 points and got Kevin Durant. My all time is 44 blks aginst Mem but only got Ed Davis.

I dont see how some of you guys can do that block trick and not feel like you cheated the system afterward...

I know I personally couldnt do that lol... Id wind up avoiding the sense of accomplishment from having earned it legitimately...

But I guess everyone has their own way of getting it...

Besides everyone and their grandmother has stacked teams anyway so It helps to get all the players you can get to level the playing field.

what min quarters do you play? My block record is 19 against heat

You can't play more than 6min/quarter.

Guys step out of bounds when they get the ball so they can try to block the cpu.

^ yea, what he said. Also finished the east all-star team and got 34 blks but got more points, like 11300 and mor Stls. Got Serge Iblocka. Hopefully Lebron or Kobe on the last domination pack.
And referring to an earlier post, NO I don't feel like I'm cheating the system because 2k made it impossible to earn enough VC to open packs for the next gen. So I thank 2k for this mode even though I agree that the point system is just horrible, but just like last gen VC glitch was the only way to get VC instead of paying for it. This mode is the only sure way to get myteam points for packs.

guys I just missed out on a 3star pack from Thunder by 100 points. If i replay and get more than 6k the next time will i get the last pack?
