its like 4 of them up on XB1 for like 100k each. lol.

a couple of things. I stated that Moments cards wont kill value of a good dynamic card. case in point. I have McCollum and his dynamic is now 78, where his Moments is 76. The moments card has 2 pt higher standing 3pt but overall the dynamic is better. so they are doing it right. If CJ keeps up his level of play, by next update he will be gold.

also, when a player goes up a tier he gains badge slots. my Reggie Jackson now has 3 extra slots instead of 2. Likewise with Kendall Marshall who has 2 extra slots instead of 1.

Still, I'd rather miss out on the additional badge slot to have my high rated card remain in the same tier. It actually devalues the card in challenges when they go up a tier.

Is it official that a card gains badge slots if tiered up? That would make dynamic Blake real interesting.

yes, mentioned in my post above. not sure if they lose a badge spot by dropping a tier. jakkar sampson got bumped down to bronze. he has a badge and open slot, dont know if they were already there....will check later.

I hate the changing of tiers though. devalues the cards when it comes to challenges. I high rated bronze is more valuable than a low rated silver. likewise with high silver/low gold. Amethyst does provide advantage. I think my Drummond will get there and that will give him 2 more badge slots.

a lot of mine are doing well like McCollum, Jackson, etc....I also have Galloway and Rondo who are both due for a bump. I dont have Fournier though, hope to snipe him.

For the reasons you list, I don't think you actually want Rondo bumped. I mean...if he goes from Silver to Gold, why would anyone ever want to play him when one could be using any number of much better Gold PG's?

Thats an interesting question. Would suck if you badged him out already.
I also think a high rated silver is more valuable than a low rated gold. The only cards that are interesting for me are the borderline Amethyst cards like Griffin. With more badge slots you could give him both rebounding and lockdown badges plus finisher (and even more). That would be a monster PF card.

checked out Jakkar Sampson cards. his bronze card now has 1 open slot. his silver has 2. so he did lose a slot by being demoted to bronze....however, this does not confirm if you will lose a badge that you have already placed on him. would suck if you did lose a badge you put on. not really an issue on bronze cards but other tiers yeah, because that could be a powerful badge you lose. hey...maybe if they get promoted BACK UP a tier then that badge re-appears?

There was an update today, but no words from 2k at all. Where can i look for updated ratings, cant believe there is no official note.
Ronnie and Co just posting gossip and birthday wishes at twitter, 2k calls them "community managers"

Demarcus with that 81 3pt is going to be killer. I'm definitely going to pick up that silver Dragic as he was by far the best silver last year. I like that silver Wesley Matthews too.

that's why it doesnt pay to get so worked up over overall stat like people were doing here with Iggy when the game was released. Russ has way more total attributes.

My theory is that the different attributes are weighted differently based on position. So Russel's advantages in rebounding, inside scoring, and dunking wouldn't be weighted as heavily in a point guard's overall as stats like playmaking and shooting. Just an idea.
