Aww man it is a struggle for me and my Bucks. It is going to be long season. I don't want to sound greedy and I know you are working on Class 2 but is there any insight you can give me on 2017 draft. I have two picks. I was interested in seeing what I could get for Larry Sanders if I want to move him down the line (crossing my fingers for Dre) and the Jazz offered me Gobert and the first round in 2015 for Sanders and my first in 2017. The Jazz aren't great and with their pick if I don't get the first with mine I can possibly get it with theirs. It's possible I can have two in the top 5 and maybe end up with Dre and Wallace or get lucky and get 1 and 2 and have Dre and Valentine.

But who knows Larry can maybe push the Jazz over the edge and may be a lower lottery pick

Don't feel bad about simming. I did same thing when i had all those injuries. Now patiently waiting for dc2.

Nice luck on the lottery. I really wanted that same guy but the balls and picks didn't fall my way. Question, how did you get your first rounder back from suns? In my league the Suns owned the Lakers 1st rd pick.

Haha yea I couldn't take the struggle.. And I got the pick because I honor the protected picks for all teams. Lakers pick was top 5 protected so we were able to snag that, Kings pick to the Bulls is top 10 protected and in my franchise kings got the ninth pick so they snagged that and so on.

Yeah i was a little surprised myself. Do you think i kept it realistic enough with that trade? I could have gotten the #1 pick with same offer, but didn't think in rl it would have happened. At least the one i did was with 76rs and we know how unpredictable they are. Having two first Rd picks without me trading was one of the main reasons i picked the Suns.

Dreece, sapp what did you guys think? I like to hear the professionals opinions. And i already got blindsidz. Lol

My bad on the delay, I was working on some draft class stories and trying to pretend to be doing work as my supervisor walked by. Now that's some hard work right there.

Anyway, I like what you did. I also think that it was realistic enough. We aren't talking about people trading their entire team and getting the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th pick (and yes I have seen people do that before). What I REALLY liked is that you drafted two guys with a "special set of skills" (Shout out to Liam Neeson in Taken) in the second round. Like Blindside said, if that guy you got with the first second round pick was there you take him immediately because he can help a team in particular situations even if he doesn't progress much.

Protected picks is something I'm also trying to enforce in my myLeague seeing that I have the nets and they only own 1 pick of their own over the next four years. It's something Id like to see 2k introduce to the game. Especially now that myLeague is so customizable.

Protected picks is something I'm also trying to enforce in my myLeague seeing that I have the nets and they only own 1 pick of their own over the next four years. It's something Id like to see 2k introduce to the game. Especially now that myLeague is so customizable.

To be honest I kinda figured it already was, without playing the game. I am really hoping that they make it in next year.

To be honest I don't really fully understand the rule about it either, like should the pick landed in the protected zone then what happens because obviously the team that traded for the pick isn't getting it. That's why it should be an option you can either turn on or off when you start and that is how you are MyLeague/MyGM is run for its entirety, kinda like 30 team control.

He grew up in the shadow of his brother (Joel Honka DC9 in 2k14) who was titled as the next Finnish NBA-player. Brothers are totally different types of players. Matias is more of a splash guy with his consistent 3-pt shooting and hustle defender. Opposite of his brother who was practical guy with everything, Matias is more of a artist on the court. He still has the Finnish mentality where the team is the MOST important thing.

Matias is more of a late bloomer and didn't hit his junior peak early. He had to do some serious grinding to get where he is now. Titled as the silent killer by his fans and team mates. Extremely shy guy and doesn't want to make big deal of himself. Work in, work out would be his motto. Best example would be when he hit the winning 3-pt shot in Finnish National Leagues Finals and after the match team presented him the game ball. Matias sought out his parents and girlfriend from the stands to give them the game ball.

He wanted to play ice hockey in his youth but was shot down early. Mainly his parents were worried about the money they had to invest in his hockey career. Soon he found basketball and was instantly carried away. Playing with his brother in the street in front of their house during summer and seeking every extra time in winter to sneak in to the school's gym to shoot balls. Lack of basketball exposure in Finland he watched NBA games in the internet. Often staying up late in the night to catch a glimpse of NBA action.

His dream is to be a starting player in the NBA but knows his limits. He has trained hard to achieve better on-ball and off-ball defense, knowing that defense was his weak point earlier. Junior National Teams coaches were overwhelmed with his advancement in such a short time.

He idolizes Kobe over everything and is an avid Lakers fan. And atleast there is some similarities with both being workout maniacs.

@Wolf Once a player hits 28 years old he will start declining 3-5 pts per year until he retires smh. Past 2ks around that time they would just stopping progressing around that time for 3-4 seasons before the decline starts. We edited that in 2k14 using Red MC so those issues never surfaced. Hopefully it get fixed ASAP because its a MODE killer for me.
