Hopefully someone can please help me. I keep trying to download the gold file CD 1, I keep getting the message "Save file is corrupted, unable to download" I tried so many things. I tried searching by gamertag Nsuplaya84 and still getting the same thing. How do I fix this? I just bough a xbox one for these draft classes.

Ive looked online and most everything is not working. I tried to just choose the class over and over again, exiting each time and reselecting the draft class, and that didn't work. Now, I'm gonna uninstall the game and reinstall it.

Just downloaded DC 1 and 2 into a test MyLeague. Don't know what the problem is .

Uninstalling and reinstalling should work, or deleting the reserved data for your game.

I finally got it to work. Took a couple of days, being that im not a big mycareer player. But what happened is when I installed the game and did the update, I never got that notification about the roster update. I was using the roster from launch. Anyways, after some research, I found that if you start Mycareer, choose your guy and start playing, you will get the roster update notification. Its an odd bug, but there.

I can happily say, that I am using DC1 on my two myleagues. Whats even great, is in my draft, Brandon O'keife (SP?) Fell to me at number 21, I was shocked given his grade. Nice work guys, looking forward to seeing dc4

i think simworld editors want us to take our time and really enjoy and draft classes and play games insteadof releasing each draft class ASAP which makes us sim world users want to rush through it

Yeah the classes are always being worked on. Its been quiet in the thread because me and dreece are actually finishing up a BIG update for the league roster including trades and rating updates. To be straight up, the draft class stories just had to take a bad seat while we finish that huge task up. Good news is its almost over though and we will be back in this thread very soon.

I would even settle for the draft class carry over saves. This way the Simworld team doesn't have to start from scratch every year. It's obvious the amount of work and detail they put into their project, it's a shame they have to wait for the release of the new game to work their magic.

Even franchise saves. Imagine being able to carry over s league you're 10 years deep in on 2k17 being transferred to the new game

Ballard playing nice
- Miami So. PG Shamarr Ballard plays nice when asked about who he thinks the best player in America is. “I mean right now, I have to give it to Brent Christmas because he has done it so consistently since he became a Blue Devil. I can’t argue with his numbers. I hope that it’s me at the end of the year but I can’t disagree with anyone that says Brent”.

When asked about the likelihood that he would declare for the draft this year, Ballard said “Who knows man. Who knows”.

November 14th
Things get ugly in Hawaii
Rutgers Jr. PF Vic Rozier is known to try to embarrass players but Hawaii Fr. PF Kai’aSuopa Flai had enough after Rozier grabbed his crotch after a 360 jam. Back down the floor, when Rozier’s teammate SG Manny Paul threw him an alley oop, Flai pushed Rozier out of the air before catching the pass which caused benches to clear. Although no one got hurt, I think it’s safe to say some bad blood was created. Even after getting kicked out of the game late in the 2nd, Flai still finished with 15 points and 15 rebounds.

November 17th
Damn Marcelo…. You Scary
Marcelo Revis was the 19th rated high school recruit last year but most of that is because he spent a lot of his last two years resting after dealing with multiple back injuries as a junior in high school. Now that he has been unleashed on the world, we realize that we may have under rated him quite a bit. In just his first two games, he is averaging 20.5 points and 16 rebounds. When asked if the high level play could continue he stated “It’s going to get better”.

November 20th
Speaking of top freshmen

Freshmen power forwards Cameron Register and Zykesis Savage were the number 1 and 2 high school players last year signing with Indiana and Ohio State respectively. Register’s year is going about as expected early on averaging 15.6 points, 10.1 rebounds and 3.3 blocks per game. This was in limited minutes I should add and many believe that he will be top three on the big boards when they are released in January.

Zykesis Savage on the other hand is struggling a bit. Although I still think he will be a top 3 to 5 prospect whenever he comes out, he needs to get it together. Savage is currently averaging 8.6 points, 5.8 rebounds and 1.7 blocks per game in 7 more minutes per game. When asked to compare his own play to that of his friend Cameron Register, Savage said “Don’t ask me to do that. That’s my boy and I wish him the best but don’t ask me to do that. Let me play MY game. I’ll figure it out”.

November 23rd
Austin Stewart is a pain off the court but such as pleasure on it

Top 10 high school prospect ended up at South Dakota State after many schools lost interest. Stewart made a lot of questionable comments as well as having sex in a car and other things on social media that I can’t say here. While some said that Stewart would be kicked out of school before the season started, he has done the complete opposite getting great grades so far and averaging 27.5 points per game this so far this season. When asked about his performance so far this year he had this to say:

“People still hate but I’m gonna keep doing me. I’m gonna keep winning on the court and you already know I’m gonna keep winning off the court. Make sure it’s not with your girl”.

Austin had more to say but was cut off by the interviewer.

November 27th
Rico Silver unleashes his “Don’t forget Rico” campaign

So earlier this year I released a list of players that I felt had the best chance to win the Player of the Year award. I decided not to include Rico Silver because while I feel he is an excellent player, I just didn’t think he would be as productive as some of the other guys. After having probably the best November of any player in the country, Rico Silver contacted me via email simply saying “What more do I have to do to make sure that you don’t leave me off any lists like that”. He then changed all of his social media names to “Don’tforgetRico” and the rest of the Panther fans are following the movement.

If you continue to play like this for the rest of the year, I can assure you I won’t forget you Rico and neither will the NBA scouts.

End of the Month Player Spotlights (Part 1)
CAMERON REGISTER: INDIANA FRESHMAN POWER FORWARD
Some guys are just built for this and according to teammate, freshman center Johnnie Garris, Cameron Register was built to dominate. Born to parents Jonathan and Keisha Register, Cameron was a great student at Eisenhower high school in Lawton, Oklahoma. According to Register’s coaches, he was always the best player on any team he played on no matter how old he was. Throughout high school, all of his teammates loved and looked up to him as they won game after game year in and year out. But one of his coaches said that Register has lived the “fantasy life” as a basketball player and is curious how he will deal with a teammate not liking him, not winning or things not going his way on the court. I would like to believe that he will be able to handle it but at this time, he is still loved and as my pick for the number 1 prospect in the world (even though he needs to improve his offensive game to become a superstar), he’s still winning so I guess we are just going to have to wait a little bit longer.

Relationships: Had several high school battles with Oklahoma Freshman Center Marcus Brown.
Cameron’s former high school teammate, PF Carson Roberts, is currently a freshman at Jacksonville State and is putting up impressive numbers this year.
Cameron played AAU ball briefly with #2 high school prospect PF Zykesis Savage who now plays for Ohio State. Savage says the two have kept in touch and become good friends throughout the recruiting process. Savage also stated that Register has been a “great friend” and helped him through “a situation or two that y’all will never know about”.

ZYEKESIS SAVAGE: OHIO STATE FRESHMAN POWER FORWARD
It’s hard to believe that a guy with the last name Savage is such as soft spoken guy. Well, let me clarify. He is soft spoken off the court but on the court this guy is a savage. Savage showed off his ability to excel all over the court as a high school player but most of his YouTube clips are of him throwing shots so hard that fans in the stands are in danger. Throughout his senior year, Savage’s mother (and former Ohio State track star) Angelique Savage really took center stage telling other schools to back off. The single mother went public about the fact that Zykesis “is going to be a Buckeye…. Period”. On signing day, Zykesis quietly put on his Buckeye hat as his classmates and his mother went crazy. Currently Savage has shown flashes of greatness but he has ultimately struggled to put up the numbers that everyone is expecting from him. Does he not want to be at Ohio State? Does he just need time to adjust? Is there too much pressure on him? Personally it’s still early and I think he’s going to blow up eventually but I could be wrong. We shall see.

Relationships: Savage’s good friend SF Jarvis Stevens signed with Michigan State early during his senior season. There were rumors that Savage wanted to attend Michigan State to play ball with his friend but as we know that didn’t happen. Some say it’s because MSU has a Player of the Year candidate at the same position in PF Savon McSwain but others say it’s because his mother wouldn’t allow him.
