Honestly I just use the default 2k roster. That's what I base my player attributes off of so that's what i use. (For Example, let's say the average speed for a small forward is a 75 on the default roster and I'm creating a small forward that i think is a little faster than average, I would give him a 77 or 80 speed.)

Re: VAWereWolf65's Fictional Draft Class Thread (For Xbox One)
Thanks. That helps. Ive been searching for draft classes that mesh better with the base roster (I want to create my own classes and just quick edit tendencies so I can possibly skip 2k18). I love SimWorld but like where the base roster is at and need higher overalls for mid tier guys for my own preference (SimWorld requires too many contract edits for me - game issue that bases it on overalls I assume).

November 28th:
LSU's Steven Moiso has already posted a triple double only 6 games into his college career. The 6'9" Point Guard had 19 points, 13 assists and 10 rebounds in LSU's loss against Kentucky. Senior PG Harrison Bishop had 23 points, 9 assists and 6 rebounds for Kentucky. Bishop was the runner up for Player of the Year last season and it looks like he's picked right back up from where he left off.
Arizona's Sopohmore SF Kyle Gordon has already seen a huge jump in minutes since last season, going from 28.6 to 34.5. Since the departure of PF Chase Simms, Arizona has needed Kyle Gordon a lot more than they did last year. Kyle and Chase were without a doubt the best defensive duo in the nation last season, and possibly the greatest defensive duo college basketball has ever seen. Kyle is a decent shooter when he's wide open and his feet are set, and he's great at slashing to the basket, but the rest of his offensive game is still pretty raw and unpolished.
A lot of people were unsure if it would be safe or healthy for 7'8" Lithuanian C Robert Marciulionis to enter the upcoming draft, considering the fact that he was 7'8" and only 198 pounds the last time his measurements were recorded, but he stated the other day that he's added over 25 pounds in muscle since June and that he's really been working on his conditioning and toughness. He still has a lot of room to grow before he can turn into a valuable player at the NBA level, but he's obviously very good at putting the ball in the basket, standing at 7'8" with a 10'7" standing reach.Comment

December 1st:
PF Colby Moerman and C Jason White were locked in neck to neck with each other this week in the North Carolina and California game. Colby had 18 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists while White nearly got a triple double with 22 points, 11 rebounds and 8 assists. Neither of these players are your typical big men because of their amazing playmaking and ball handling ability, along with their amazing speed and agility. Jason White is an athletic freak of nature with his speed and leaping ability, along with his amazing strength. Weighing in at a whopping 294 pounds, White has put on nearly 30 pounds since coming out of high school. He also has tremendous ball handling and passing ability, just like Colby Moerman. Moerman is a little different from Jason in the sense that he's not as strong or dominant, but he's a great ball handler and passer and he has a nifty mid range jumpshot, unlike Jason White who is nothing short of one of the worst shooters the game of basketball has ever seen (22% on Free Throws this year, 0-19 on Jumpshots outside of 10 feet for his college career). North Carolina came out with the win 75-73.
Martin Jean-Charles recently had a great game for Cholet Basket in their win against Elan Chalon. The french SG had 26 points and also came up with a pair of steals as well. When asked by an english scout how he felt about his performance, he simply said "Man, je ne parle aucun anglais" which translates to "Man, I don't speak any english". You'd think a player who is planning to enter this upcoming NBA draft would have a little bit firmer of a grasp on the english language and culture, but that obviously isn't the case with Martin. So far, scouts have shown great interest in his shooting and defensive potential, but he's still a very raw player overall.
With the first month of college hoops officially over, let's take a look at the top 15 players in the nation up to this point:

December 14th:
6 Players Doing Better Than Expected:
6. Tyrone Negron
Class: Junior
Position: PF
School: Virginia Tech
Why they're doing better than expected: After a couple of good but not great seasons, Tyrone is finally having his breakout year as a junior averaging 19.2 points, 11.1 rebounds and 3.0 blocks as a junior. Before this season, he was only averaging 12.6 points, 9.4 rebounds and 2.4 blocks for his college career.
5. Marcus Daniels
Class: Junior
Position: PG
School: Nevada
Why they're doing better than expected: Marcus Played under former Nevada PG Stan Carroll for all of his freshman year and didn't get a whole lot of playing time, but last year he started to get more minutes and develop into a true Point Guard. This year, he's having by far the best season of his career averaging 14.6 PPG and just under 7 assists (6.8 APG, 3rd in the nation).
4. David Mashburn
Class: Senior
Position: SG
School: Maryland
Why they're doing better than expected: Another guy who has had good but not great seasons in the past, David has proven himself as the probable winner for Defensive Player of the Year this season. Averaging a career high 4.2 steals per game, and leading the nation by a large margin, David has improved his game all around this season.
3. Scottie Armstrong
Class: Junior
Position: SF
School: Louisville
Why they're doing better than expected: Scottie was never really a player that people talked about much the past few seasons. Although he was Top 10 in the nation in assists last season, this year he has really showed off his playmaking ability by moving up to 5th in the nation in assists and 16th in scoring, averaging 20.7 PPG and 6.5 APG. His three point shooting percentage has also seen a huge jump, going from 36.5% to 40.3% in just one year.
2. Reece Wanamaker
Class: Senior
Position: C
School: Boston College
Why they're doing better than expected: It's never going to be easy for a team when they lose a player as good as Johnny Benson was last year, but Reece has really stepped up his game for Boston College. Going from a mere 8.4 PPG to 17.5 PPG, and from 7.6 RPG to 10.4 RPG, Reece has been showing off his tremendous rebounding ability this season. He's very strong and dominants in the post as well as stretches the floor, shooting 32.4% from the 3 point line this season after shooting only 24.6% last year.
1. Trey Holiday
Class: Sophomore
Position: SG
School: Old Dominion
Why they're doing better than expected: I think Trey was probably the last person anyone expected to have a breakout season, but he's doing it this year. After only averaging 4.6 Minutes Per Game last year and shooting only 38.9% from the field and 29.8% from the three point line, Trey has shown tremendous improvement, now averaging 34.5 Minutes Per Game and shooting 48.6% from the field and 35.7% from the three point line. He's 7th in the nation in assists and is also 4th in the nation in scoring and has shown that he has what it takes to be a potential Player of the Year candidate this year.Comment
