Wow! We face Dante Carr and his team tonight and Carr puts up a triple double and his teammates torch us from three....especially Micheal Johnson.

Absolutely great game but we lost Byron Dantley for 1-2 weeks with a sprained left wrist! Darn!!

Here's the highlights! Check it out!

Yo mr 2k can you do a break down of the top rated players in this fictional league? Take a look at the player statistic and give us some insight on who’s leading the league in ppg, apg, 3pg, etc.

I’d love to get familiar with the players

I have been using the roster for about a week and they are great. I done a fantasy draft and import and relocated all 30 teams making a new league so to speak. and I am having so much fun with these learning the players...

Re: PS4 From the Ashes: Tim's Fictional Nba 2k19 Roster

I took a chance after continual frustrations with playing with real rosters and these have been amazing. They are well balanced and finding out who is good and why they are good is such a blast. I’m loving these.

I’m bringing in veteran free agents and running them through their paces in freestyle just to get a feel for how fast they are, athleticism, shot style, everything. Then looking at their tendencies to figure out how good they would play and if they are going to be an offensive option or need to be paired with someone of a different style.

I literally spent an hour evaluating Mohammed Sosa and Raif Ruiz, two free agent veteran centres with very different styles. Sosa is more a fluid offensive 7 footer, whilst Ruiz is a plodding defensive big man who is comes in to grab offensive rebounds and keep people out of the paint.

              I love it.

Going to run them with the JB fictional classes and the big Doug draft classes too, until I run out and then run 2K draft classes.

Not having any preconceived notions on any players makes it really fresh to play. I hope it’s long lasting.

Absolutely great effort here. Now I’m going to watch all of Coach 2K’s videos on this league too!!!

(PS: maybe my excitement has something to do with the fact that my team is the Knicks and they have the most expensive roster and one of the leagues major superstars in Dante Carr.)

I continue to be amazed by these rosters, it’s a totally different vibe.

Like someone else has asked, what kind of draft classes do you recommend? I’m going to use the JB rosters but I wonder if they will be too under powered compared to these rosters? Particularly when you look at the top players who all have like 20+ badges and a bunch of HOF badges.

I encouraged leoalure to maybe create his own draft classes or edit some of the existing ones to fit his roster style.

I'm hoping he decides to do that. It would be great if he did so the drafted players will play similar to his other creations.

The main thing I am interested in is the tendencies of players coming into the league being consistent with the current players.

If not, my plan is to probably use bigdougswan or JB's.

Let me know how you go with bigdoug or JB classes. I’d like to see how they develop over time, particularly since some of the superstars at the outset are over 90 rated but still only 25 years old.

Here's the next team I faced. Rayshawn Oden was out with a bruised hip and so Joe Bishop tried to pick up the slack for the Chicago team.

Another great player was Bagaric who had a double double and 3 blocks against us.

The Juker had a great night from the floor but will it be enough against this top notch defensive squad?

One of the things that I think leoalure tried to do was set up each of the fictional teams with unique contract situations.

Here I break down the basics of the salary cap and the luxury tax. Then I look at the contract situation of my team.

What do you recommend I do with my squads contracts?

A look at another team on this roster as the Boston Bigfeet come to town. Unfortunately, their superstar Bobby Bernard is still out with a right hand fracture.

Seems like several top guys out with injuries including our own superstar, Byron Dantley.

On our side, we decided to move Jukic to his natural position at SF and start Semih Bao.

Will it translate into a win?

                          Here's the highlights.

We didn't get to see Cheng Uwawah because he was out due to a pulled lower back muscle. We did however get introduced to Clifton Jackson Jr who played great!

Here are highlights of the next team.

We met the league's leading shot blocker tonight, Jerome Bailey. He was tough defensively. Also on his squad were some excellent shooters like Issel and Hezonja. Issel can get rid of the ball in a hurry lol. Hezonia was great off the dribble.

I thought we would have more trouble with Roddy Carr but he was pretty quiet tonight.

Here's a look at that squad.

Oh and there's one incredible performance in the league as well. You got to check it out!

                                Quick update guys...

I've been living out of a suitcase in hostels for the last 3 months. I just moved back to Korea, by way of Japan and have finally gotten a stable apartment and job. Problem is I don't have a tv and can't play 2k until I get that. I will buy a new tv on June 1st.

I plan on making draft classes 60 to 70 players strong. I'm thinking the first class will be an influx on international talent. Followed by second class will be PG heavy and the 3rd will be the return of the Big Man Era.

All classes will be specifically crafted for my gameplay, with tendencies, attributes, appearance, etc. There will be no players rated over 79 on draft day. I will test them out first for a number of years to make sure the players progress and regress correctly.

I apologize for no communicationa and thanks to everyone for keeping the community strong. It really makes me happy and gives me motivation to make more content.
