What exactly does the strength slider do? Is it just how strong a guy is backing people down in the post? That's what it says under player attributes

Pretty good sliders for a while but a bit too easy imo once I got a feel for this game. Still was a fun experience and appreciate the work put in. 👍

Just popping my head to say thanks for saving the game for me.

Like a lot of years with 2K I end up super frustrated at the CPU's ability and I was getting smashed all over the court on default sliders again this year.

I've tried your sliders Armor and they are fantastic. In myGM (playing on PC) I'm now 6-1 with the Bulls. I was worried that perhaps they were becoming a bit too easy for me after mauling the 76's by 38 points but then my very next game was a thriller decided by the last shot that Rose sank.

I'm going to give them a few more games before deciding on if I need to raise some CPU sliders.

I remember to all the people: playing in "all-star" the experience is great!!

If you think that it´s too easy try in "all star"

The game is a dream with Timsmooth's roster.

Just waiting on that big patch and then we will see if any adjustments need to be made.

I´am also using this Sliders set - on PC of course I play on All-Star just turned the gamesspeed and player/cpu quickness down by 5 and i really enjoy it.
For now i`m 6-8 with the Nuggets. I like the Challange. Now Defense wins games ( or loose those)

I've been on a tear lately and winning the last 5 games by 20 points or more. I do have a good team and wasn't facing elite completion but if this continues for another 5 games or so I might try switching to all star. If that happens I'll report back.

Armor - i can't play every game in My League, so i use simcast. Do I need to change something then the sliders?

I don't understand. Are you asking if the sliders need to be adjusted if you simcast? If so I don't test sliders for sim results..only user played games. Whatever happens if I decide to sim...happens.

I would suggest you play shorter seasons if you have a desire to play every game but don't have the time.

One thing I love is playing every game in an 82 game season. Since I am not a yearly purchaser of 2K basketball....I have no deadline. I played 2K11 for 4 straight years playing 4 full 82 game seasons and post season.

Probably the most rewarding franchise mode experience I have ever had. I still have that save file and may go back to it again in the future as in that file I still have Lebron as I resigned all three of my boys (Bosh, Wade and Lebron) to make a 5th straight finals appearance. I won 3 out of 4 titles...losing in year 4 to ironically the Spurs (in 7)

Year 1 - beat The Spurs (in 7)
Year 2 - beat The Thunder (in 6)
Year 3 - beat The Lakers (in 7)
Year 4 - lost to The Spurs (in 7)

I have Kemba Walker at PG (Chalmers is my back-up) as I was able to trade up in my year one draft and snag him.

Great times.

My plan is to play just as deep with the new look Heat in this MyLeague (which I am only 3 games into as I have been crazy busy with life and will get back to playing tonight). I can't wait till the year 2 off-season to see what I am able to do and see if I can lure Durant here!!!

I just wanted to chime in on how awesome this set is if u bump it up to all star.
I started dominating every game on pro so moved up to all star a few games ago and it is the most realistic bball experience I have ever had!

Ok really dumb question here, but I see a lot of people playing 'MyLeague' as opposed to 'MyGM' for their seasons. What's the difference???

My league doesn't have the cutscenes with the gm and goals associated with that mechanic. In my league you have way more control over everything. You can control all 30 teams if you want, veto trades, set the frequency and severity of injuries for human and computer. You can control the strength of draft classes, effect of morale, sim difficulty, progression speed, training effects, etc. You can edit any player in the game, to include injuries. My league is incredibly deep. I won't be playing my gm this year.

Ok, I had to raise the human Inside and Close shot success to 50. These are my first game results, the game played very well. I was the New Orleans Pelicans.
