I played all-star simulation for about 25 games then used these sliders on pro. I played that way for around 15 games and regularly blew out the CPU so I bumped it back to all star and used the same exact slider set up and was getting real good results except for 3pt attempts by the CPU and free throws. I'm now using the rosters that we've been talking about and have had even better results.
My last game using the sliders and the rosters was Pacers(me) vs 76ers. The rosters are set up based on preseason so I had no West, George, Hill or Stuckey. They only played Noel out of their starters. I won 96-79. I shot 43% and the CPU shot 34%. They did however shoot 26 3s which is a welcome sight. I got 54 PIP vs their 36. Offensive boards for the CPU were 10. The 76ers averaged 10.2 last year. Small sample size seeing as it was one game. I shot 14 FT and the CPU shot 10. If I could just get the free throw attempts up, like double what I'm seeing, I'd be happy with this combo.
A note on my last game the Pistons did average the most offensive boards per game last year averaging 14.6. So seeing is fine. It felt like they had a lot more.
