    Wow that was a great game, shout out to Permatron for his roster edits, GS just flipped a switch and went off on me, I controlled the game for in the first half, but in the end their shooting was a little too much to handle! Next I am going to do Hawks vs Wizards!

      Ah yea, it was a blast! It really captured how explosive GS's offense can be! Not sure who you should do next...maybe a team in a large market, maybe a team that plays in a city that has a lot of..."Brotherly Love"



      Anyways guys just an update on what I referenced earlier with the jumpshot defense sliders...I can officially confirm 100% that the shot "defense" slider effects the respective team on OFFENSE (so it's reversed) so 0/100 would result in the CPU having terrible defense, and the HUM having basically no shot defense, while 100/0 would result in an easier time for the CPU! So before I update the sliders I want to do some testing to see how I can incorporate this new information into my set, stay tuned!

      EDIT:Even MORE new information, the Jump Shot Defense Strength (release) slider effects how hard the CPU will contest your jumpshot...(So basically just the animations) while the Jump Shot Defense strength (Gather) slider represents how much the contest that has taken place will actually IMPACT whether or not the shot goes in!

      So basically what this means is we can now set our shooting sliders LOWER to result in more misses in Wide open situations, but we can also lower the contest sliders so that a wide open shot doesn't ALWAYS result in a make, and a contested shot doesn't ALWAYS result in a miss! I'm excited for this.

        I played a half with ATL vs WAS and the sliders were amazing. I didn't feel cheated when I missed a shot, but it wasn't so easy to make a shot that I shot 60%. Great job. Also, When do you think you will update the sliders?

          Shady, I just wanted to say thank you for such an awesome slider set. I utilized your slider as a base and tweaked what I deemed necessary. No offense, but I think ball handling should be upped on your slider set. Reason so, you can't really explode on a crossover during fastbreak aka Russell Westbrook. It becomes a very slow crossover and doesn't replicate the change of pace certain places utilize when dribbling aka Chris Paul. Once again, this is just my opinion and I appreciative of what you've done.

          Nevertheless, ball movement is crisp and did you up the attack the basket on your newest edits? I'd like to see James Harden's/Dennis Schroder/TP of the world attack with more reckless abandon but not as cheesy as 2K SIM sliders provide where they continue to attempt to drive the whole 24 seconds in a unrealistic manner.

          EDIT: I see you did up the attack the basket to 60. Nice! Keep up the good work Shady and thank you for your time on these.

I just stumbled upon some new information regarding Jump Shot Defense so that may hamper things a bit, but if you (or anyone for that matter) wants to help me with what I've been testing, check this out, this is what I have been working with so far in terms of tendency edits (You guys will laugh when you see how simple it is!)

            Why did I go back to the default tendencies? Because I'm done trying to change the way the CPU plays through sliders lol it's not possible. The less changes made to the tendencies the better this game plays. Having 3pt tendencies jacked up to the 80s just to get the right shot attempts is worthless if you have Quincy Pondexter shooting 1-9 lol This set puts more pressure on the roster makers tbh...don't just change ratings, look at the tendencies too...Alby does it on PC Hype/DC/Permatron does it on PS4, and I'm sure someone does it on XBONE. 2K set up a great system that makes guys get touches in the right spot...now it's up to us to make those edits and get these guys playing the way they are supposed to. This is the settings that I have been using in the past 3 videos I've posted, try them out they are fantastic.

                Well believe it or not in my original slider set it WAS at 100, and that slider (from what I've tested) ultimately effects 2 things:

                1. Offensive Rebounding positioning
                2. CPU passing...(Significantly)

                Basically what I've noticed is that it significantly helps the CPU controlled (USER or CPU) players know exactly where the ball is going on missed shots, same for the defensive awareness slider on defense.

                But the real effect of the slider (Which led to me dropping it in the first place and is also why I believe that the lower it is the better) is that it makes the CPU recognize cutters MUCH better basically they ALWAYS see the open man regardless of passing attributes. This results in guys ignoring the called play and just throwing it into the paint in the middle of offensive sets. With it closer to default (hell maybe it should even be a little lower!) it helps guys with true court vision and true high passing I.Q. to stand out.

                    Anyone else having issues with fatigue? I run with the Wizards who have some old heads but I can have them play almost a full 48 just by using a few timeouts. Fatigue seemed perfect before. Why the change?

                      Haha I hate fatigue it's unrealistic and it's stupid in 2K lol

                      First and foremost they NEVER sub your guys out...Harden plays 45 mpg with auto subs regardless of what you set your rotation to and I don't feel like doing it manually all game lol

                      And then when your guys DO get fatigued they miss every single shot they go to take, and I don't have time for that lmaooo

                      Basically if you like fatigue set it to 55/55, if you don't just keep it at default, your call.

                        I manual sub and with fatigue now I never have to sub out due to a player being tired. Should I leave stamina at 60 and play with fatigue rate or should stamina go back to default 50?

                          Hey shady, the new slider set that you´re making, will be compatible with the official roster?? I would donwload alby´s or your roster, but i´m having problems with my phone compavy that provides my internet, and i´m without internet on my desktop computer for loooong now...and the last roster I was able to download was the official roster after the #4 update....i´m asking this because of what you said about the tendencies sliders and players tendencies....

                            Glad to see you hopped on the default tendency bandwagon! It helps make the players play to their individual tendencies, which is great if you have a solid roster.

                            Here is my first game with the new settings in my Kings MyGM. Made a few runs, but any time I'd get close I'd force a few bad shots and all of the sudden I'd trail by 8 or 10.



                            Only change I made was Quickness to 100.

                              I've had stamina at 60 since I took the game out of the box so I personally would probably just use the Fatigue rate slider for adjustments I've only moved it between 50 and 55

                              Yea it's compatible, but I'm sure as you've seen there's just times where teams refuse to use their star players, Anthony Davis and Demarcus Cousins are prime examples of this.

                              Yup, it's great!!! If the player doesn't have a 3pt tendency he aint going to shoot the 3 lol, got tired of Giannis shooting 3/4 from three vs me lol Anyways, first game with the sliders how you feeling? How was the CPU offense / shot selection?

                              Just got done watching this Rockets game as they ended the game on a 49-18 run lol #ComebackAI

                                Haven't finished my first game yet as I had to work. Will finish it tomorrow (76ers vs Bucks (user)) and it feels good. The Sixers are playing to the tendencies which basically equal chaos lol.
