Tweaked these sliders a little more to my personal liking, but it's still mostly based off Crew's.
Just some notes:
- Both offenses were humming. Basically everybody was getting to their spots. You can tell by the assist totals, we were assisting on way more shots and getting good looks, and that's why FG% was so high.
- I was draining open 3's finally, but it's b/c I tweaked up my 3pt slider, as well as tweaking up the CPU's.
- CPU still doesn't use the shot clock well and forces up awful shots either too early or too soon. I know this is a 2K issue and sliders can't fix this, so I hope 2K makes the AI smarter.
- I actually took a lot less FTA than the stats show, b/c the Spurs were fouling late in the game. I was up 103-100, then they started fouling like crazy and hit a late 3 to make it 110-103.
what were your tweaks? I found that when i bumped 3's up to 42 i was hitting them more. I had the same issue where i would miss wide open 3's.Comment

Mate, I love the beta set. Feels so cool to play with. Very natural and no cheese at all. Feels just like real life. You are simply a legend here man. I cant thank you enough. And testing is nearly complete. I don't see the point in tweaking sliders every 2 hours and confusing you guys. The set is the best out there and will give you the best possible experience. If there is anything alarming, please don't hesitate to post here. I am so privileged to have given everyone a great game and it's time I start enjoying the game now. lolComment

Yeah, my tweaks were basically to bump up the 3pt slider.
I also made User and CPU offensive awareness extremely high (80), and defensive awareness higher for User (so I didn't have to constantly reposition my bigs and give up paint points).
CPU was also deflecting/intercepting way too many passes when they had high defensive awareness. It was getting to the point that I couldn't pass to post players despite having position. CPU was just jumping in front of my players randomly. Even when I had the same slider value for 'hands' and 'defensive awareness' as the CPU, my defense wasn't as disruptive as the CPU's. Had to reduce hands and defensive awareness for CPU.Comment

I was playing with the official one if i could call it so, and a few days ago i gave a beta one the shot and i liked it better so, which version would you suggest as the best?

OK. So I think one huge issue that sliders can't fix (because it's an innate 2K issue) is that even though the final stats might look realistic, the game didn't play out 'realistically'.
I'm in the middle of a Cavs-Raps game and Demar is shooting 3-4 from 3pt range while Lowry is shooting 1-6. I'm obviously leaving Demar a little more room, but there's no way he's knocking 3's down like that while Lowry shoots awful.
Box scores just look bad and that's 2K's fault. They need to fix their tendencies in 2K18.
EDIT: Just finished the game.
- Demar finished had 25pts on 11-19 & 3-5 from 3, Kyle was had 15pts on 6-16 & 3-10 (2-4 in the 4th) from 3.
- I was the Cavs. Lebron finished 29pts/8reb/7ast going 11-24 and 0-2 from 3. Kyrie had 23pts on 9-21 & 3-8 from 3.
- Toronto shot 45 (their season average right now according to bballref is ~25) 3PA, making 13 of them. They usually shoot around 9/25. I think CPU 3pt tendency needs to be lowered. I think I've experienced them overshooting the 3 (instead of attacking the paint and drawing fouls) way too many times.Last edited by fakeassc; 03-10-2017, 09:25 AM.Comment
