You need to try the Red set.

Thanks. Oddly enough the first game I played (still using purple) after my question I lost by 14 to Toronto as the Pacers. I'm gonna play a few more before switching.

I am seeing everything. Shooting fouls, moving screens, defensive 3 seconds, offensive 3 seconds etc.

Plenty of on ball and off ball fouls being called.

Looking for a set of realistic sliders since my lovely gf came home with a copy of 2k18 today.
Are these sliders updated with 2ks 1.06 version?
There's like a billion pages I have to scroll through,so going straight to the source
Playing ML with player lock btw

Sliders are up to date.

I love this game. One of the GOAT sports game hands down. I am playing Myleague single season replays with MJWizards classic season sets. 1997/98, 2001/02 and 1990/1991

I'm getting ready to start my 30 Team Controlled MY LEAGUE with these settings laid out in this thread. Great info in here, I'm hoping to combine everything in here, with some of the other info (rosers, sliders, draft classes) and run a Franchise Blog here on OS.

Hi!

Just bought the game this week on the PSN 12 deals. Searched around the forum and decided to go with "OS Community Gameplay Authentic Roster" by King Gro23, and this sliders - Gold Version (Purple version was encouraged on the thread of these rosters actually, but for now Gold version suits my poor skills better).

I will say the game plays really good! I haven´t seen anything out of the ordinary, gameplay is good, stats are good too, it´s a great combination this sliders and those rosters if anyone wants to try.

Having said that, the last 2K i played was 2K16 and at the time i had a medium knowledge of dribbling and post moves. Now, i don´t know if things are very different this year from 2K16 or if i completely forgot the moves but im having a lot of trouble doing what i want the player to do in dribbling and post moves. Searched tutorials on youtube but it´s either advanced, or cheasy moves or guys screaming for a 10 minute introduction and 10 seconds of content... anyone knows good tutorials for PS4 for dribbling and post moves?

But for In Game injuries- is there a slider to at least see a few of them per season for the CPU and also user? Is it durability?

Front end menu of MYLeague settings. There are two sliders you can only set up one time on the front end and then that’s it.

I am going to recommend everyone turn down player durability to default 50 on all slider sets (Gold, Purple, Red).

You will see in game injuries.

Also make these changes as well to the My League Injury settings.


Injury Severity: 50 (from 45)
Injury Duration: 50 (from 45)
Career-Ending Injury Frequency: 10

Everything is except the last tweak I just suggested with durability and injuries in the My league front end set-up menu.

Still rocking these sliders (Purple set for me personally) and loving 2K18!!!

I am playing MJ Wizards classic season rosters. I may start a modern day MyLeague soon though. Just have to figure out if I want to play as My Heat (who I use in the 97/98 file I have going) or a different team like The Timberwolves (who I really like as far as young talent).

Anyway....enjoy everyone and happy holidays!!!!

Durability is now at default 50 for CPU and HUM

Hey Armor, loving this set. I'm rocking the Gold Set, but it looks like maybe I need to switch over to the Purple or Red as my opponents' shooting percentages have been a bit too low. I turned off auto-contest shot a while back but didn't see much of a difference in my opponents' scoring or shooting, and as a result I'm 8-1. Think I'll try Purple first and see how it goes.

I'm getting great fouls and foul shot numbers, but my team's fouls are still pretty low. If I wanted to tweak foul settings, are you of the "knock it up 10 points at a time" or "knock it up 1 point at a time" school of thought?

Knock them up 1 point at a time. And the Purple set is my personal set.
