Hmm, I didn't see many issues, cpu play really good, sharing the ball, punish you on every mistake - which keep you focused all the time, like in real life. I guess we looking for different things while we playing

Well apparently my PS4 copy is glitched because if you were getting the speed I'm getting with these settings you wouldn't think anyone is too slow! However, these settings on my Nintendo Switch play out a bit slower and more realistically as far as player movement. This must be the gameplay you're experiencing.

As I haven't tweaked the movement sliders on the Switch, I don't have exact settings for you to use. But it's easy enough to self-tweak to your liking.

If you want fast players to move faster, simply increase the Speed With/Without Ball (Max) sliders by a few clicks until you're happy with the results (keeping the Speed Without Ball 2 clicks higher than With). Make sure to keep the USER and CPU sliders equal.

Whenever I use high OA the CPU rushes shots and plays disjointed on offense, trying to force a basket however possible and leading to WAY too many "7 seconds or less" style trips up the court. They're "aware" that they're "open" if the shot can't be blocked and they'll rush shots. Usually, these are closely guarded and result in misses.

It just ruins the flow of the offense and makes it far too apparent that you're playing against a CPU opponent.

This is where the balance of "difficulty" vs. realism and enjoyment kicks in.

            You're welcome!

Hopefully the set plays out for you all the way it plays out on my Switch. It still plays great on the PS4, but on the Switch I was getting so many more animations, smoother looking/feeling movement and dribbler/defender interactions, it was nearly perfect in that respect.

I just need to figure out why my PS4 is playing like I have the Game Speed set to 60+ when it's only at 52. The gameplay flips from smooth and realistic one day, to fast and jittery the next. All with the same settings [emoji31]

Hey Eccentric I figured out the the crowd volume and the vibration in the controller settings affected the frame rate drops..

Turn crowd noise to zero and vibrating to off this helps tremendously! !!!

I assume you're talking about on the Switch? I'll give those settings a try! Frame drop wasn't much of an issue but every frame counts!

I was more talking about how my copy on PS4 plays way faster than it should, but some days it plays as smooth and realistically (player movement and animation wise) as it does on my Switch.

Just played my first game with the new updates. I was Sixers vs Wizards and I won 93-75. The game felt really smooth and was super enjoyable. The negatives were not very many fouls and the wizards settled too much. It was really weird because every time John Wall got a step on his defender he settled for a mid range jumper and every time his man was still in front of him he tried to bully his way to the basket. It was a very similar situation for Bradley Beal. As a result, Wall finished the game shooting 10-31 and beal 5-20. With that being said, I really appreciate the hard work you put in to make the game better for the rest of us.

I have yet to put the most recent updates to the sliders in. But since upping the CPU's shot successes up to 51 (inside, close, mid-range, 3pt, layup), the difficulty is back to where it needs to be for me.

More importantly there is still some parity in each game i.e. not every game is a barn burning high scoring match.

I lost to the clippers in a nailbiter 122-124 where both teams shot over 50% from the field and then proceeded to lose a much slower pace grind it out game to the Cavs 92-97. They shot 45% and me 39%.

Felt like I had a chance to win both but just came up short in the end. Such is the way of life with a young team like the Kings. Currently 16-18 and 9th in the West! lol. With the deadline coming, wondering if it's time to unload George Hill in an attempt to get a draft pick.

Anyway, will put the updated sliders in and see what happens.

My biggest issue was how easy the sliders were getting due to poor shooting percentages and just giving the CPU a better chance to connect made them fun and challenging again.

Eccentric your sliders are basically the default of 2k this year, i highly appraise these sliders. I'm glad you are hard at work for the slider community. I seek realisim when i watch CPU vs CPU so if you can perfect these sliders it will be much much needed! I believe you can do it! Keep Grinding!

just played my first MyLeague game, NYK (me) vs. OKC and here are my results

so as you can see OKC took A LOT of shots. In the first quarter they were just chucking threes on every possession so I messed around with the tendencies a little bit. Also bumped AI shooting up a little bit. We'll see how User 3PT plays out, but I might have to lower that after a few games if I continue to shoot at that kind of efficiency.

I also couldn't force a turnover at all, but to be fair, I wasn't going for many on ball steals, as I was more focused on keeping Russ/PG13/Melo in front of me (which clearly didn't work)

These are working great except CPU contested shots don't go in enough. I may change difficulty to HOF or play with the shot sliders for CPU. I'm consistently holding CPU to below 40%.
