Re: 2K20 MyLeague Community Slider Set (User v User and User v CPU)
So the 70 game speed is a no for me. Played 2 games with it last night and it was a mess. It’s just way too fast and doesn’t look or feel realistic to me. Also it was a turnover fest.
It also somehow affects the CPU offense. They just put their head down and drove to the basket every time down the court.ND Season Ticket Holder since '72.Comment

They also killed me on fast breaks. Almost every time I missed a shot they would beat me down the court for an easy layup. I think the combo of the game speed and the cpu off aw at 50 made them unstoppable in transition. I lost the first game by 30 points. I did win the second game against a bad Hawks team.
It again was just to sloppy for me to play with those settings. It just wasn’t fun.
I’m going back to game speed at 50.ND Season Ticket Holder since '72.Comment

I totally expected to have the same reaction but — just as an initial test — I loaded HOF at speed 70 and thought it felt really good. Now I’m experimenting with slider sets at 70, but defaulting all the movement / speed related settings. Haven’t tried this set yet but I’m liking what I see generallyComment

Yea i meant HOF default, but I was only interested in default movement at 70, so any difficulty would’ve worked. One of things i like about sets like yours and Shadys is that the movement feels very crisp, and what surprised me is that at 70 it feels very crisp too even with all default sliders and body-up. I also felt like animations looked better than when tightening the movement via slider adjustments, but i only played for a few minutes so i dunno yet
As far as how the offense performs, I haven’t had time to evaluate yet, as it’s also complicated by the fact that I’m working on a custom roster for Switch and messing around with tendency settings, so it’s hard to say what’s what right nowComment

Re: 2K20 MyLeague Community Slider Set (User v User and User v CPU)
I've been through all the slider threads on here and elsewhere and I'm curious about something. Has anyone here watched any of the 2K With the Popboy videos on YouTube? He does some things with defensive settings and other areas of the game that seem interesting and I'm curious if they might help the slider makers on here's work. My head is literally spinning trying to settle on a set for my MyLeague.Comment

He released an update to his sliders a day or so ago. I haven't tried them. I was just curious because I haven't seen much talk about what he does here on OS. The defensive settings he does and passing sliders interested me the most. I'm really trying to settle on a slider set and stick to it but it's been a struggle lol.Comment

Interesting. I haven't been able to settle on a set. Is there any kind of consensus on what's working best for everyone here on OS? My last few games I've been using Creweutah's but I feel they need an update and he hasn't been very active the last few days. I jumped in here to check this set and the 70 game speed talk is scaring me off lol. I already feel the game is too fast.Comment

I’m not trying to steal this thread because the sliders on this OP are the best I have tried.
But Poke is going to be releasing his set soon and for me he is the best nba 2k slider maker there is and has been for years.
Hopefully he post them tonight as I can’t wait to try them.ND Season Ticket Holder since '72.Comment

I’m with you on the game speed. 50 seems fast enough to me. I tried 70 and hated it!

Re: 2K20 MyLeague Community Slider Set (User v User and User v CPU)
Just used this set for the first time. I played as the Magic vs Toronto in MyLeague and lost 94-91. Game felt really good but the shooting percentages were pretty low. I was 38% fg% and 27% from 3. They were 35% from the field 41% from 3. I missed a lot of wide open 3s.Comment
