Haven't tried them yet. So far I've only messed with the rebounding sliders and inside/3 point tendency sliders but I was looking for a whole set of sim sliders...which brought me to this topic . I'm probably going to really enjoy them though, either in a new MyLeage season or my current one.

My only worry is the pro difficulty. I know that the sliders suppose to address that but what about the ACE system, which, at least in theory, suppose to work optimally on the higher difficulties.

Once you get started with this set, you'll never know it's on pro. I also use Schnaidt's Madden sliders which are also on Pro difficulty and I'm currently 2-6 in my season. Nothing about these setups feel like playing on pro. TRUST ME!!

Schnaidt1's Sliders I love, can't wait to take my Celtics!! Feels good, feels the right difficulty for me, and when you make Coaching adjustments and POE changes they make a difference. Love that strategic part.

Only thing missing is of course your MyLeague Sliders!!

Was curious I'm on XBOX with Schnaidts Sliders, is there a good draft class??

Any updates yet on getting the challenge you want when it comes to getting past defenders??

Gameplay has been good. The offensive side wasn't really the issue, I just had to take in consideration the options when getting past the defender. I also noticed when I put up the sliders for on ball defense, the result was still the same. So on ball defense from 1 to 100 honestly makes no real difference with this set and that's a good thing. The challenge is me making the correct defensive adjustments and assignments to protect the paint and that's pretty much what I've been missing on defense. Thanks for the advise.

2 things....#1 is the ebs and flow of the nba is what makes it great. Bad teams have good shooting nights from time to time and great teams have bad nights from time to time. #2 is fastbreaks are called that for a reason. Alot of the times you were "catching up" with the offensive player on a fastbreak was probably not realistic. Nba players are fast and on a fastbreak they already have a few steps on you so most guards and small forwards are not getting caught on a fastbreak. Just my thoughts. Only exception is players like Lebron who are known to be chasedown artists.

I don't get any fastbreaks at all either, there's always one CPU player back on defense. But I guess I have to improve my game and get better defensively and maybe then I'll get more fastbreak opportunities. I will go back to Schnaidt1's sliders as they originally were and I'll just try to get better.

Good defensive possessions are definitely a huge key to getting fast breaks. I don't get a ton either, I get fastbreak points if I set my offensive gameplan to early offense and put up quick shots but as far as pure fastbreak opportunities I probably get 2 or 3 a game.

Just to chip in if I can help with morale/chemistry.

Last year I did a lot of testing with 75 difficulty, 70 effects for both.
Idea was to make chemistry/high morale harder to obtain making it more realistic and players not playing appropriate minutes not happy.

It turned out that Chemistry Difficulty is OK at 75 (only well structured winning teams could get to 90+ chemistry), but the effects needed to be nerfed as 70 seemed too high as lot of players would have negative impact on OVR from start which doesn't seem right. So I would try 75/65 this year.

For Morale 75 seemed too high, as everyone would cry about minutes and g-league prospects would be like -5 OVR because they are devastated after two months in g-league... Not cool.
So, for Morale Difficulty I will try 65 and effects to 65, but I really need to see how this works this year.

I would suggest trying the opposite route of making difficulty higher and effects lower, as it seems these two are heavily tied in a way that overall status will have higher impact on higher difficulty.
For example, at 65 difficulty having a player play 18 mins that was 24 min 6th man last year would have bigger effect on morale (let's say player's non-financial ambitions is high too), so the OVR impact would still be bigger if effects is at say 60, than having low difficulty but higher effects.
Effects slider seems to be just how much the effect will be so getting -1 or -2 OVR is easier to happen for unhappy player but if you say effects 75, you will get -3 or -4 for the same level of morale, but the morale will drop less.

Working on getting proper dynamic is the goal. Let's hope we figure out the best setting.

Yeah my defense is really bad both in terms of the quality of my team and my skills. I get blown by so easily and the AI is really bad at help defense which doesn't help.
But anyway I tried 2 other games with the sliders back to Schnaidt1's: got destroyed by Denver which was expected, but also got destroyed by the Pistons (without Griffin) which wasn't. I finally managed to shoot above 35% in that game, but the Pistons shot 75% from 3... So in the end I still lost by 30pts even though I was better at shooting...SMH


I'm playing the Grizzlies next which are the worst team in MyLeague right now, if I still lose by 30 points I am probably gonna give up on those sliders and/or the game lol

These are really fun. I wish I would’ve slowed it down a little bit more. I was never going to be able to outshoot Atlanta with Memphis. Yet I still had 2 shots in the last possession. The first was for the win (from 3) and then the second was for the tie (offensive rebound).
