2K3 (and maybe some older 2K's) had SIGNATURE accesories. The problem was that you couldn't edit accesories probably because it was part of the player itself. If 2K can get those signature accesories again - but with the possibility to edit it - that would be great. Remember AI's signature elbow band? His signature finger tapes? Reggie Miller's yellow/black wrist band? Those were great! And the older games had the calf sleeve - and you could see the sock, it didn't go all the way to the shoe like in the newer 2K's. Oh, and bring back the elbow band, now that we have forearm band it would be great to have them both.

Re: OS, Let's Get CONSTRUCTIVE: What did you like from the older 2K's?
they better keep "season" mode..
its the only way i play.
i didnt play 2k5 because they took it out.
i like to play all 82 games, as well as other "games of the week"
and have complete control over the league, the rosters, player movement, and player ratings etc....
association does its own thing, and mostly wacked.
and with association you cant play with custom rosters like my nba2k generations roster, or portlandblazers historic rosters etc.. because many of the present stars are in the free agent list. and get signed up by the cpu, making the roster redundant.Comment

Re: OS, Let's Get CONSTRUCTIVE: What did you like from the older 2K's?
Just played NBA 2K7... I gotta say, I love the idea of Kenny's Stamp of Approval. They (probably) won't have Kenny Smith in the game next year, so it would need to be revamped, but just imagine it with the NBA 2K9 replays. They could show missed shots for "Not Showing Up" and assists for whatever stamp they have for that.
I will say, though, that the replay views in NBA 2K9 are too zoomed in that it's hard to see the action. Either they slow them down (2K7) or go with a wider camera (2K8). Those automatic replay clips are cool.Comment
