First off I want to say thanks to everyone who had a part in this project and making it available to all of us. Being that I still have a 20GB HDD that is nearly full I'm unable to load all of the music to the drive. However I use a program called Tversity to stream digital content throughout my home and have been experimenting with it since getting 2K10 and it has been helpful. One downside is if you want to only assign a single player a sound such as say the "Charles Barkley - Ginobili" sound, you'd have to create a playlist with just that one track on there. Also when using Tversity the game only pulls in playlist so individual sounds/songs wont be available.

To create playlists I use windows media player. You basically just drag and drop the sounds you want into the list pane (its the section that says "drag items here to create a playlist). Once you have your playlist all ready to go click the drop down arrow where it says 'now playing' and select 'save playlist as'. Save the playlist as an M3U file and save it to the folder of your choice.

I've only been working with this for a day or two but it works well so far. I'm having the same issues with POTG, Replay, Highlight and Halftime as well. If I figure out a fix I'll be sure to fill everyone in.

My long songs play, but for some reason my home and away upcourt songs don't play. Do they play randomly or something?

I havent purchased the game yet I was wonder if anyone knew how long each song is played during the tip off and when the teams bring the ball up the court.

For some reason I'm only hearing my music at the tipoff and timeouts, it's not playing at Halftime?

Anybody else having problems hearing their music? I put it in all arenas.

Malky POTG replay halftime and player specific songs don't work. I guess 2 forgot to check

What were going with:

-First and foremost, make sure the song fills out the entire window. Some tracks start off really low sounding ,so youll have to amplify them up a bit. Some are too loud so go down. You need to create a baseline. You want the peaks and valleys of the sound to max out on the window display. This is the key first step.

After that...

-for HOME UP INSTRUMENTALS 88% amplify, reverb down to 65%, 625ms

-LONG sequences shall have85% 800 ms, minor audio adjustment down to 90%.

WARNING: Some LONG sequenced tracks sound bad with the settings above so we had to go with this other setting on other LONG TRACKS
*******On selected tracks: 55% 800ms REVERB and 90% amplify*****
Tipoff shall have 85% 800 ms REVERB, minor audio adjustment down to 90%. REVERB FIRST

btw, i think im done with this custom music editing. i'll upload a set with my WMP playlists in place, so others like me, who really want to get going, and those that want a true variety in each venue, will get that. Accurate to real life? Not exactly? Close enough for me? yes
