I feel the same way. I don't care if halftime or anything menu based music doesn't work. Ingame is what matters.

Thanks again guys awesome work. Editing as I type

Guys thanks again for all of this!

It sucks that you can't introduce new settings to the "My player" mode..

I have to start over just so I can hear the in game songs while I play.

That wouldn't work, because it would play in every arena.

On Tversity make sure you refresh the folder you're sharing where the playlists are so it'll update. After making changes I sometimes have to reboot the 360 so the changes will be recognized

It doesnt really matter where you save the playlists. You just want to make sure you're sharing that folder in Tversity. For example, I save all of my playlists in a folder titled "2K Playlists" that I created. I just dragged and dropped that folder into the Tversity library tab and hit refresh library

Yeah but it doesn't really mesh well with 2k's music mixing with it. I figured I can make the whole broadcast with tnt music aside from the intro. Hopefully someone in the near future can figure out a fix for this glitch. Other than that, this thing works pretty well.

Re: NBA 2K10 Custom Music Thread

Flawless execution using WMP. For my Long Situation, I separated out all the team specifics and put those in team folders. I then had 177 tracks left over. From there, I took 25 popular tracks and set those aside. I then randomized the rest and put 3-6 into each teams folder.

From there I open a team folder, highlight the long tracks, press enter, and WMP opens those up. I can now drag the 25 popular tracks into that playlist and save it for each team... Now theres only ONE copy of the 25 popular tracks with each team feeding off of that folder via the playlist.

                          Beauitful.

Ill do the same likewise with Homeup events.

The road to NBA variety is almost complete.

any one know how playlist files work? If my locations are different than yours, since I have a different file structure, will it still work?

I doubt the actual playlist files would work since as you mentioned you have a different file structure. To my knowledge the playlists pretty much just follow the path to the specific files and access them that way. So unless we had the exact same setup it wouldnt work. I may be wrong, but thats my understanding. The best solution would be to upload your folder set up and individuals could create playlists for all of the songs in each folder. I mean the work of separating the songs to the teams has been done and creating a playlist is relatively simple.
