God I know...They had framerate issues last year but fixed it with a patch. I really hope they do a patch in the next week or two.

It's happening in the middle of jumpshots, passes and it's in every arena I play in. It has already cost me a game. Just never should have been in the game. PERIOD!!!!

Yeah with the camera on default (I think that's Broadcast, Height-5, Zoom-5) u get lots of framerate issues in Cleveland, Philly & Dallas...those being the worst I've seen.

I changed my camera settings and it's not as prominent but it's still not 100% fixed...

Yeah, I know you remember me complaining about it until I ripped the game to the HD and turned key zoom off.

No issues in Dallas last night. I'll have to check Philly/Cle tonight. I did see what you were talking about with the ASG though.

I installed my game to the HD and it made a huge difference. It was an absolute nightmare before.

I'm playing in the American Airlines Centre in Dallas right now and its smooth with the default camera. Still some slowdown in the backcourt using 2k cam though.

Somehow this game still has lag on the first free throw, 3 years straight at launch. Why is it necessary to have the camera zoomed in on the first FT? I don't get it.

TRY CHANGING THE ZOOM EVERYBODY! It took care alot of my issues.

I use 2K view with 8 zoom 4 height and it is just a mess. To me I should not have to adjust to try and find a fix. Why the hell you include it if it does not work???

It may have to do with screen resolution maybe lowering it to 720p, just a sugestion

TRY CHANGING THE ZOOM EVERYBODY! It took care alot of my issues.

Let's see if this works.

You guys are right, you shouldn't have to make these changes, but at least try it and see if they address the issue for you.

Pared have you taken into consideration that some of our vision may not be up to the same quality as others and that is why some may use zoom???? Have you taken into consideration that some may have tried that and it still did not work??? Just thought I might throw that out their. It's great that it works for you but we are entitled to be frustrated.

No one said you cant be frustrated. I am still frustrated and its fixed for me. The point is for the people w/o vision problems...there is a potential fix. Also most people in this thread havent tried zooming out to 3 or below.

Yes. It's the exact reason I posted to at least try it. I also mentioned you shouldn't have to make the changes.

Guys are saying it's a problem without getting into specifics. Like anything, it would be easier to address if we can post EXACTLY what is and isn't working.

Either way, what is the harm in trying? People are asking for help then refusing to use the suggestions listed.

What's the point of anyone even offering help, then?

Just like when you went off on that EA dev, take a step back, sky. Deep breath and level headed man, everyone is just offering help. No point in going at each other here. That doesn't accomplish anything.

I've tried Broadcast camera with Zoom as low as 1.. in Philly the game is just terrible and Philly is my team for my association. However, I just switched to 2k camera and that is much more playable for me as there are only very minor framerate issues for me in Philly with that camera.

It's frustrating for me because I love how 2K sometimes just nails gameplay mechanics, but often drops the ball on overall polish. I went over to their forums and 2K Ron is advising people to call a timeout because it helps. That's just awful.
