Is it the "I am watching my guy play and have no control" or its just skipping games?

The first one is a clone issue and the latter is you checking nba.com right after a game and it will sometimes skip a day so if you have a game the next day it will be simmed for you.

I've made the team with my player and I'm playing my first NBA games but there is something very annoying.

It appears that the computer sims some of the games where my player played without me being able to control him. I noticed it because my stats indicated 10 ppg although I've always scored at least 14 points. Then I saw on the schedule some games simmed by the CPU with the name of my player on the boxscore.

Is there a way to fix this? Am I the only one with this issue?

It's really annoying because your stats don't reflect how you play.

I felt the same way at first however anyway you look at it your going to play X amount of games anyway to earn your points for your skills so with the exception of just getting through the seaons faster (which isnt as exciting as doing it in association) there really isnt a point and it cant be done anyway.

For these two I dont know how to keep it from skipping. I believe Kcarr had some suggestions and maybe a solution for this but you would have to do some digging through these posts to find it unless he pops back in since he has been "awol" for a little bit.

If you have back-to-back games and you play the first one after you go to NBA Headlines, it will simulate the next one. After you play a game and go to NBA Headlines, it will always simulate the next day. I use this to simulate games that I don't feel like playing.

Thanks man! You're absolutely right, i was heading to NBA.com after each of my games to check the rookies's stats.

It may seem like a hassle but if you exit Myplayer mode after each game and then reload your Myplayer save,.. you won't miss a single game.

One of my games ended in a 76-76 tie, that it "simmed" for me. So now, there's no way to go back. It shows that the Bulls beat me 76-76. won't give me the option to check the box score.

Alright imported my player earlier and ended up Round 1 Pick 23 to the Kings and 4 games into the summer league im: 21 PPG / 3RPG / 5.3APG with an avergage A+ rating and we are 4-0 and also starting and playing 30+ minutes (9 min quarters)

Theres no way i cant make their training camp right?

People have made the same teams training camp. I personally think its more random then anything but with the #'s your putting up and the 4-0 record with that great team score I would think they would want to keep you.

I really do get tired of playing on a sorry team while I'm putting up very decent numbers for a rookie. I'm on the Warriors, and I thought I would be able to come in and give Nelly some half-court offense as a 6'11" Center, but they push the floor too often and take quick shots. We float around .500 ball right now, but when we go against an defensively disciplined team like the Celtics, we have no chance.

Regardless, Shogun Flow is averaging about 15 points, 11 rebounds, 4 assists and 3 blocks. Hopefully next year, after I have improved even more, I can join a team with a chance to win a ring.

I'm on the Hawks, and our chemistry is terrible. I'm averaging 21 ppg, 9 rpg, 7 apg while shooting 50% from the field and a tumultous 63% from FT. Still haven't hit a 3PT FG in 28 games.. lol. We're 9-17, and one apparent tie.

Finished with A+ ratings in last two games and final average of 25ppg and 7 assists per game and got cut. =/
Tried what i was told by someone who used dc and didnt have the glitch by quiting to the dashboarding and then reload the game and bam im in the kings training camp.

When you check NBA.com, it will sim the next day. So if you have a game the next day. It will sim.

For all you that don't want to play every game, you can use this to your advantage. But I tell you now, the 1st season is the best season. The preceding seasons turn the game into Pro Basketball 2k10, with a bunch of created players
