RayAP19 this is something that good documentation would fix. The alignment of players changes according to which position the play is assigned to. You are probably viewing the play under the PG page in which case the SG is always the initial player with the ball.

I've realized that you can make all these changes without restarting your franchise in just three easy steps.

1. Start you Association game and go to "Choose Side".
2. Choose the opposing teams side and make modifications to their playbooks and the coach's profile.
3. Go back to your side and I'm nearly 100% sure that the changes you made will stick.

How can I run plays on a keyboard? What buttons I have to use? The on-the-fly coaching?

A little bit of both. It's impossible teams running the exact plays they do in real life. I follow the Bobcats closely and I have them using the same basic sets. As well as the Magic. Alot more teams are using motion offenses this year, so my playbooks are reflecting that.

Today I have added to my roster DC's hustle and potential ratings.
Tomorrow I hope to add dunks and layup packages.
