Don't think many people caught this:
I've realized that you can make all these changes without restarting your franchise in just three easy steps.
1. Start you Association game and go to "Choose Side".
2. Choose the opposing teams side and make modifications to their playbooks and the coach's profile.
3. Go back to your side and I'm nearly 100% sure that the changes you made will stick.
In case you don't want to start you Association over.

Too bad that the playbooks are saved with the Roster file
If you start up your 2K10 and it automatically downloads the latest Official Roster, beware that you would have to change your playbooks for all the teams again for the new roster.2018-2019 NBA Champions!Comment

Go to NBA Today. It'll check your roster, etc, download the latest 2K roster automatically. When you're at the NBA Today screen, go back out, load your roster, then go back to NBA Today. It should skip the roster check and automatic download. Go play a game and your roster should be loaded.Comment

I got a question for rocky or any1 that can answer this:
The only changes rocky made in coach profile were offensive tempo/fast break/ & run plays! are those the only 1's that matter for the CPU when picking plays??? how come u don't adjust every other catagory in the coach profile??? or am I buggin'?? lol holla rocky or anybody else that can answer this ?
