Feeling like I'm playing on an ice-skating rink instead of a basketball court.

Players automatically double-teaming the post(even after I set double-teams to 'never') leaving 3-point shooters wide open.

Everything you cats have said is right on. This game had so much potential.

I play 2K10 for the first time this week (I still play NBA 2K8...LOL) and the thing the pissed me off the most was sometimes my players would take control of themselves if I flicked the analog stick i a certain direction.

EXAMPLE: I had Vince Carter on fast break, there was one guy in front of, I tried to go around the guy, and Carter just took off running towards the sideline...this happened twice in one game for me.

-In general just moving my player from one spot to the other. I find myself saying MOVE or NOT THAT WAY. Maybe it's the lag

-The long drawn out injury cut scene where I cant make any adjustments or substitutions

-The dead ball situations(Ref holds the ball too long)

-Charges, 60% of the calls are complete utter u-know-what

          -Goaltending BS

-Having to hold down the sprint button in order to get my defensive player out of the stuck-in-mud defensive stance.

          -Body Morphs

-Steal spamming that causes me(on offense) to go unwanted places and do unwanted animations

I agreed with everything expect the failed steal attempts. I hate that it makes you go in the wrong direction as well. But I also want those spammers to play for it. Hoepfully they find a way to keep it but you keep going in the same direction you were going in.

I wish we could somehow draw up a quick play during the timeout. Another reason why we need 2k8's play creator except this time with side inbounds. We could create our very own inbound plays. So during timeouts you'd choose one of your own, and then the players would already be set up, and run it the second the inbounder gets it.
And when the ref hands the ball to the inbounder immediately after the substitution wipe disappears. It takes at least a second to figure out who's inbounding, then another couple seconds to figure out who you're going to pass to and where. When you finally get the ball in it's been 5 seconds (I guess they try to make up for it by calling the 5-second violation after 8 seconds).

I get the overthrown passes, but at times it seems unrealistic. They did tone it down in with the patch, but sometimes it's still awkward.

I'm getting tired of goaltending, but that's honestly not that big of a deal. I guess I just love the game.

Another thing that has happen to me a few times. Your about to get a 8 second violation on an opponent. But has calls timeout. And has only one second to cross the half court line to avoid the 8 second violation. But after the timeout they can inbound it to the backcourt with NO CALL being made..That drives me crazy!!
                  Just like me lol.

THINGS THAT FRUSTRATE ME IN MY PLAYER MODE
-waiting for 20 seconds for the ref to hand the ball to the inbounder.
45 seconds in my player where the ref runs all the way down the court and hands the ball to the other ref on dead balls and free throws
-going for a layup and getting suctioned into an BS shot animation
-getting penalized for "allow man to score" on fastbreak points and pick and rolls
-having to guard my specific position
(ex: im a point guard, i have to guard derrick rose when my rating is a 49, instead of a 70 ovr shooting guard
-getting subbed in at sg when ur really a pg
-cpu starting players based on ovr rating rather than performance
-calling timeouts after every 4 unanswered points
-Pg's posting up in my player and scoring like they are dwight howard
-getting penalized for "bad steal attempt" when you came inches away from stealing the ball
-when ur playing aa a pg-the cpu wont pass to you if ur moving-you have to stop for 2-3 seconds
-getting penalized for "bad shot selection" with 2 seconds on the shot clock
-players not dunking and instead missing layups

I hate when you go for an on-ball steal and your player doesn't even project the reach animation (doesn't move arms to go for the steal), but u still get called for the reaching foul.

The over thrown passes....They don't bother me one bit. I think the passes that sort of bother me are the one's in half court when you throw a passes to a player with band hands rating. You see it go over their hands for a turnover. But of those passes overall are fancy passes the player should be throwing because of their ratings.

But to add to the list....

How about when you do the running fade away out of bound and shot the ball into the backboard lol Now that driver crazy.

OK so I'm playing last night, and I get a mismatch in the post - Tyson Chandler on little Earl Boykins. So I think, 2pts right here right? No, because one of those silly little collision animations goes off, and little Earl Boykins throws Chandler out of whack. It was like Chandler hit an invisible wall or something. Something needs to be done about the way guards can cause big men to go out of whack like that, the collision animations need to be fixed.

What about when a shooter gets fouled as he goes to shoot the ball and instead of shooting, he just all of a sudden starts walking towards the free throw line with ball in hand

                              MyPlayer mode.

Since the last patch it is absolutely disgusting for me.
My AI's teammates is horrendous. Last game, we were down by 1 with 5 seconds left in the 4th quarter. I managed to steal the ball and gave it to Rondo just under the basket all ALONE. But somehow, Rajon thought it would be better to let the defense recover and pass it to Garnett for a contested three!!!!!!

Opposing team always shoot around 60% against me. I just saw David Lee goes through both Garnett and Perkins for a two hand dunk.

                              Disgusting

The lack of Defense, defensive sliding the invisible sideline walls , invisible baseline walls and unblockable BS Layups
Plays being broken for no reason
Defensive settings not taking effect, Horrible rotations on defense
Not being able to call off the intentional foul

U get your bigs to a spot on the floor and try to contest only for the other player to hopstep through them and lay it in

There are just a lot of problems with this game mostly on the defensive end
2k11 will be a hard sell for me
I like to run plays but it seems to easy to me that someone can give it to Lebron and jam it almost every possession and rarely get blocked
2k seems to be punishing players who like to play a sim team game versus those who like to play with one person
