I don't think Potential matters much when you can be a 99 in 2 seasons of play.

I guess but if you have a higher potential don't other teams see you as a star to be.

Do your teammates get better as your overall gets better? It seems like the only way I can win a games is by luck. I'll finish games with an A+ teammate rating..put up 25 or 30 points and 10 rebound as a SG and yet none of my CPU teammates can seem to do a damn thing. I'm only a 66 overall but starting...the nuggets only win games when I sim. It is so frustrating....they even play decent defense but it seems as if no one else on the team can score.

Had a TOUGH game against Kings earlier because I played their game. Had to come back late in the game to win. I have 12 games left in season. Since I have a easy schedule left, I want to sim some games. But We always lose games against any team in the League,ANY team. and the fact that Miami wont back off of us. I recently got injuried and we lost by 40 against the 14-55 Suns. I am 1st in MVP and DPOY, so I dont want to risk losing those awards. I am 2 steals away from 250 steal milestone and 17 3pointers from 100 3's in a season.

It's not like he was iso'ing me right from the start of every play. It was a lot of tricky bull**** with teammates passing him the ball.

I contested a lot of his shots, he was just hot.

Arg, Carmello ruined a perfect start to the season(was able to beat the Blazers). We had to come back from five down in the final minutes.

Down 2 with 15 seconds left. Durant puts up a spin-shot and it bounces short. I think we've lost, as I see a bunch of Knicks jerseys around the basket. Then the big old hand of Ibaka comes out of no-where to slam in the putback dunk over the whole other team.

2 seconds left, game tied, time to go win in over time. Knicks inbound the ball, Carmello spots up from 7 feet behind the 3 points line, sinks it, buzzer sounds. Game over, Knicks win.

Our team is doing good, now 11-5. I'm Rookie of the Month (YEAH!) but have struggled. My High point had to be a 38 point 14 rebound burst from the bench. But really, I'm tempted to ask for a trade, because some teams need a quality PF...

Got a question for you guys. Recently started up a PG. After getting drafted by the Clippers, with whom I'd already experienced enough on my PF to know that nothing could ever make them better, I requested a trade. Got onto my home team the Knicks, and have been having a blast ever since. Amar'e was injured when I first got there. After I got back from injury, Amar'e was back as well, and we've been tearing it up along with 'Melo and Fields. I had the classic pick and roll play with Amar'e available from his playbook and that was the most awesome play to run. Here's where my question comes in. Recently, a lot of the plays for my teammates have been switched up. Amar'e's pick and roll play is no longer there. And the plays have been changing from game to game as well. Anyone have a solution to this? My PS3 is almost never hooked up to the internet if that means anything.

2nd game against Deron went a lot better.

Laid off him and he went 2-16 from 3 point range.

A little extra vertical helped immensely, I blocked a couple of his shots and made him pass out of jumpers, too.

The coaches like to change the plays every so often. I've noticed it in my game as well. I don't know what to do about it, though I certainly wouldn't mind having more control over the substitutions and playbook.


Followup Q: Would increasing my players offensive awareness increase the number of plays called for him. At least enough so that when he's on the court the computer doesn't call 3 straight plays for Kendrick Perkins, and then 3 straight plays for Elton Brand, when I have 32 points.

(Side note, Kendrick Perkins and Elton Brand when a combined 0-6 that game)
