Quick question... What is a good cpu sim time for like 8 minute user quarters? At the beginning of the season I wasnt playing much at all so I upped my quarter time to 12 (and the cpu sim to 11, im still leading the league in points against as the bucks). Now because of some injuries Im the 6th man and getting like 35 minutes a game.

Its just too long, Like this game im actually in the middle of right now ive been losing the entire time by 20 points on the road vs the jazz and I just wanna get it over with. Im thinking maybe 8 user minutes at 4 cpu minutes? My guy is still rated like under 50 and at this rate it will seriously take like a year to be rated a 60.

I am using 8 min player and 8 min sim quarters and obviously the scores arent realistic they are consistant throughout the league.

I am using 8 and 8 too... I am able to get double double's, even coming off the bench...

I had my best game, last game. I had 22 points and 8 rebs in a 5 point win against SA Spurs. (I'm on OKC, 6th Man) This is my first win against them, So I'm satisfied... Even though I hate being put in at PF and C, It is an upside in the fact I can practically blow by them if I make a good move... Duncan could not stay in front of me, and I guess getting my mid range up to 65 helped, because I made 3 jumpers, and that's what led to the Spurs falling for my pump fakes.

i think i might sim through non key games until the offseason (no chance at playoffs)

Well I did my one minute quarter draft combine. Unfortunately with such limited time I was only able to get up to a B- most times and really screwed myself out of a decent draft position and out of some good skill points. Oh well, there's always opportunity more in the actual game.

Well, I went pick 31 to the Nets, and that's not too bad. Harris and Morrow as shooters with Favors and Lopez and your bigs.

do u get points for simming? I simmed 1 game and didnt get squat.

Also the rookie combine was freakin tough for me 6'5" scoring SG. I got drafted like rd 2 10th pick by the bucks. I tore up the summer circuit it was a lot easier. Now im starting for the bucks and leading them in ppg like 20 games into the first season with a 48 ovr rating. I only play on Pro/default tho

Man what is up with all of the cheese players online? Every single pick up game I play is full of full court pass spamming pieces of crap. Or guys who repeatedly spam steal up and down the court, whose idea was it to make it so you can't foul out?

I just want to get the achievements but I guess it's not gonna happen.

theres only really 1 achievement u need from a pick up game i think, and thats just to win one...

How many points are you getting per game? Minutes per quarter? I was a 56 like 10 games in and if your 30 games in already on your second season there is more you can be doing per game to maximize your points.

i'm doing 10 minute quarters sim hall of fame i was coming off the bench for year 1 with the thunders i didn't really shoot alot just tried to play like i created myplayer as a pg defensive year two i started shooting more over the last few games i been averaging at least 17 points a game with B+ teammate grade. just didn't want to be un-realistic and take every shot but your forced to keep your team close in losses i just lost by 50 to the lakers like always out all of the games i played i probably one win over season in a half i simmed around 50 percent of games.

I'll keep saying it....especially for the floor generals:

Get your pass rating high and your team will start to make shots from passes you distribute.

I couldn't be happier with the Spurs and taking Mr. Longoria's spot, especially since he wants to "test the free agency" this year.

What a weird sequence of events. I finally got my billboard but I don't feel like I earned it.



First game of the night was against my old team, the Nets. They promptly blew us out of their building. With Favors back, Lopez was unstoppable down low. I had a 31 point 5 assist game but literally played like crap. A lot of the points came during garbage time.

Then we played the Celtics. It started of real good. We were leading them early int he 1st quarter since for some reason, Rondo had trouble guarding me. I had 10 points in 6 minutes of action before coming off a screen to make a contested shot and falling bad on my back. Turns out I got back spasm. Out 2 weeks.

I sit out the two weeks.

I come back and play the Timberwolves and it is starting to look like a repeat of the Celtics performance. Everything is going in early on. 6 points in 3 minutes. Then I go up for a rebound and land awkwardly on my ankle. Out a week.

I sit out a week.

I come back ready to play the Mavericks but before the game starts Jordan greets me with a letter telling me that he wants to get my image out there. And wa laa, there is my first billboard!

i'm a pg i just increase my passing to 80 go increase it more after this key game but question is what will make the cpu actually play defense do i need to increase my awareness or what tired of the cpu throwing full court passes after a d-rebound for easy two points or just letting the d run by them on a fast break an i get docked points b/c my arrow is pointing towards a man i wasn't guarding.

also wtf i keep asking for a trade but can't get one even though my production as increase dramatically since i started taking more shots.

Well this mode is more geared twords you taking over each and every game then being more like association.

will they post a patch for this damn coach firing and the minor issues to myplayer j/w
