Mmm...any clue if they are gonna fix the whole bug after getting traded there are no key games/matchups in the next patch?

Interesting, a friend of mine got traded and he still see's key games. I just requested one hopefully I wont have this issue.

in the playoffs...a little disapponted that I missed many milestones because I played 56 games instead of 60 (min 60 requirement).


It's also starting to wear on me a bit that I can't skip games since there are some teams I'm just utterly uninterested in playing against.

Anway I'm overall 65 so many of you will understand how long that takes lol.

I was thinking of doing a rookie Shawn Kemp next, or Jordan after the challenge, but I'm not sure I can go through the grind again which is whyI party agree with that ign review. I contended for rookie of the year, played a full season and I'm only 65 overall. Maybe being a PF will be different since the focus will be on rebounding and the inside game though.

Anyway, it's a fantastic game that will go down as one of the GOAT's for sure. Simply amazing what they squeezed on that disk and the balance it has out of the box.

only thing is layups are stilll missed too often...problem since the decade began.

You can skip games, pause it and go to quit and it will ask you if you want to sim the rest of it.

Does your stamina rating affect your playing time?

Yes it does. Get it up there.

Does anyone know/have gotten their perimeter Defense rating to an A+? Mines stuck at just an A but my on ball d is maxed at 95 and so is steal

Haven't read any of the the thread.

I'm very disappointed there are no plays being run, and how fast your able to get the starting job/big time minutes. It should take more then 3 games for a rated center to play most of the game, even if he's coming off the bench. Great concept, but those 2 things really turn me off from playing it.

My player is a pg on Memphis, and after starting a very frustrating 5-10, we've now won 3 in a row to move to 8-10. And the last 2 games have renewed my faith/enjoyment in My Player. Two of the most fun games of basketball I've played in a long time.

The first was a 96-95 win over Cleveland in which I hit my first game winning buzzer beater after we blew a 20 point lead in the 2nd half. My pg has an ok mid range jumper, but is far from great, and I was forced into pulling up on the baseline with 2 men in my face as time expired (I would have preferred to get the ball in Rudy Gay's hands, but there wasn't enough time). The shot hit the side of the rim, bounced off the backboard, and then hit the rim two more times before finally falling in. It was very ugly, very dramatic, and very awesome. It's just a shame my post game press conference harped on my 7 turnovers. I'd hoped the game winner as time expired would have been the topic of discussion.

Then the next game we went up against the Lakers for the 2nd time this season (the first time we got blown out by 36 in LA where we only managed to score 61... just pathetic). If it was possible, this game started off even worse, and we found ourselves trailing 42-16 midway through the 2nd. And then, with our best player Gay in foul trouble, O.J. Mayo decided to step up and go off (he has really struggled up to this point this season. Shooting poorly from the field, and being a bit of a ballhog. And I don't think it's a coincidence the two go together). Anyway, from that point on we took control of the game and slowly but surely clawed our way back and took our first lead of the game with 3 minutes to go. We ended up winning 100-94, and it was by far the most satisfying victory I have had in a b-ball game in a long long time. It was also the first time we've won a game after trailing at the half, and I'm just amazed we managed to come back from 26 down (against the Lakers of all teams... I didn't think it was possible against any team)

so now we sit at 8-10, having beaten the likes of Miami and LA (we've been blown out by LA and the Celtics, and lost a close one to Orlando). I really like our rotation with me at pg, Mayo, Gay, Randolph, and Gasol, with Conley coming in as the 6th man, and feel like we can compete with anyone when we play to our full potential.

Man my player for me has been very frustrating. Got drafted to the Rockets right now we are like 9-28. Yao got hurt and has been sidelined for a few weeks. I am at shooting guard and do pretty good each game but my team mates seem to always play terrible. I don't know what to do. I wanna try and help the team get better but I am thinking about just asking for a trade. Is anyone else having trouble like this? I play on superstar sim and have tried playing on lower difficulty but it seems that my team mates constantly miss open shots and do stupid things on the court. Even when I get the ball and try to run plays Brooks usually just ends up jacking up a three. It seems like my team mates cannot hit any shots but the computer is unstoppable. I myself usually get over 20 points a game and I play team ball and try to get assists and grab rebounds but no matter how well I do my team seems to always lose...

rivalry game against the heats(first meeting of the season)...thrashed them for a 130-77 victory....granted lebron james was out with an injury

got the 10 3pt shot made milestone in the game

My PG is in a great situation atm just got the starting nod for the Atlanta hawks over Mike Bibby, record right now is 13-3.

How long do you guys play your quarters, I had my settings at 12 minute quarters cause I like being realistic but recently changed it to 8 minutes to get through more games so I can also start a Center eventually

Yeah this has happened on 3 of my "my players" it is kinda annoying to gain SP at a slower rate than usual.

The only time coaches have been fired in mine is when they are doing horrible (such as the Warriors who are 3-21)

derrick rose is finally back from his broken ankle injury and has been moved to SG...so there goes my hopes of getting 6th man of the year....officially a starting pg for the bulls with rose in the lineup as well

actually went through a rough patch where deng, boozer and rose were injured with leg injuries....all three are back now and brewer is no longer starting

oh nevermind...noah is still out for 1-2 weeks with a high ankle sprain -_-

i play 12 minute quarters during rivalry games to try and up my stats so i get more skill points...but for the most part i play at 7 minute quarters

i may bump it up to like 9 minutes since noah was only getting like 2 rebounds a game and that's not too realistic....

i must say...if i get the sudden ambition to go for the multiple triple doubles milestone...then i may up the minutes back to 12....too much work in getting 10 rebounds when you're only 6'3'' and play the backcourt
