Great work again this year, guys! I spent most of the morning assigning the playlists according to the document included in the download before realizing that there were issues this year.

But now that everything is in place, I'm wondering what changes should be made? Ruben / Zen, do you suggest removing all the individual player sounds as well as the home up and away up playlists? Or is there more to be taken out?

And after moving the suggested home up and away up playlists to the chant slots we should be good to go?

What do you guys have set as default? And nothing goes into the all arenas setup, right?

Also, if anyone knows about the 360, is there also a playlist limit in effect?

Sweet, will do that when I get home, was already getting overloaded with my up/down playing songs every single trip.

I think it's Team Chant and not any "home" one.

im gonna do the same today. so basically, get rid of player specfic music, leave the home and away up on default, and use the home and away playlists from this thread on both team chant sections.

finally, i got it lol.. i was so confused lol..

we can leave all the other stuff on though for timeouts etc, long tracks and what not, correct?

I got a chance to do some testing on my PS3, using one track in different allocations, and here's what I found:

-When using the track in AWAY UP, it only plays when the home team is bringing the ball upcourt. Not when the away team brings the ball upcourt, like I believe it's supposed to do.

-When using the track in HOME UP, it doesn't play at all.

I tried this after thinking the multiple tracks in one playlist was working. I had my track for AWAY UP also in my playlist for TEAM CHANT. I thought they were mixing up, but I was wrong. The game was actually playing my AWAY UP as if it were the HOME UP track.

No disrespect to you jeebs but maybe 20 more times, not for me but for others. I've already played the game & noticed they dont shuffle. I've read all the pages & paid specific attention to what the PS3 users have been saying as well. I'm a competent guy but when I see someone post:

My playlists are 13-14 songs per team and I hear most of them each game.

I have to wonder
1. Are they on the 360 & it shuffles?
2. Did I miss some patch or workaround? or
3. Are they just loading up their playlists with multiple songs in hopes that there will be a patch?

I'm new to this forum as well as the 2K brand. Im just trying to make sure I'm not over-looking anything

Yeah, I'm even more lost. Created 10-15 song play lists for Team chant and defense chant. The songs played almost every single trip. I never heard a single game sound for the opposing team bringing up the ball, but quite a few times I did hear in game music for me bringing the ball up. (I was the home team)

Here's a program (XBOX MUSIC ORGANIZER) which will make getting music on 360 a lot easier.

It converts your WMA's to the 360 music format so you don't need to rip it via 360.

I'm confused, how does it work?

Similar to how rosters get added for NFL 2K5. You need to hook your HDD to PC. Then the program converts all audio to .wma files and adds them to the a file called "minidex". The minidex file goes on to your XBOX HDD like a roster file would for NFL 2K5.

All the songs are then accessible from the XBOX HDD like you had ripped them from a CD.

You don't waste a CD and you are not limited on space as if you had used a CD.

I haven't played around with player sounds very much so i cant comment on them. The only one i applied was Dwight's superman theme and it worked fine. What i have done is gone through and filtered the playlists down to what i hear most in the arenas. I started with Utah and LA, and just adjusted accordingly. I filtered the tipoff songs and only applied the quick-hitting tipoff themes like "Jump" by Kris Kross as opposed to songs like The Final Countdown that take a while to get going. I put all the tipoff songs in Rubens file and applied that to all arenas except LA, where i have "I got a feeling" playing.

So basically, i think its best to create different playlists for the arenas with 25 songs at the most in each. Then just apply the music that was intended for Home Up-Away Up to offense/defense chants

yooo I've been tryin to download this every couple days for the last 2 weeks but i cant get it to ever finish downloading. megaupload aint working for me... can someone upload option 2 .zip to mediafire or another site because like i said megaupload isnt working... itll get to about 2 percent then jus stop and never continue

AGAAAIN can someone help me its still not working, every other file works with megaupload except for these ones....

or can someone upload it to a torrent site like isohunt or something

Don't worry I know you meant well. But my god...I've seen that question so many times now. If someone is talking about shuffle songs they are on the PS3. They isn't any workaround. I've tried everything. Some even dangerous.

Also sorry if I can out the wrong way. Wasn't my intention. Sorry

Is there a site or post or blog or something that has all of the correct stadium music?

I know there's one for NCAA Football.

I definitely need to get the "LET'S GO HEAT" chant in here.
