Really don't know who to go as.

My team is the Orlando Magic, so I'd like to go as them and try to get an NBA title finally for them and try to build a dominant force around Dwight Howard.

Magic Pro's;

The team I follow,
Dwight Howard is my favourite NBA player,
Has never won an NBA title,
Solid coach and defensive system.

Magic Con's;

Bar Arenas not many decent bench players,
Hardly any trade bait and a lot of cap space used,
In a division with Atlanta and Miami.

Or,

Boston Celtics as I had my best time on NBA 2K11 playing as the team and I really enjoy the defensive hustle they have when playing in capturing steals and forcing turnovers.

Celtics Pro's;

Solid defensive structure,
I love to jack up three's with Ray Allen,
Great bench players,
Solid trade bait.

Celtics Con's;

A very ageing squad,
I hate playing with Rondo because I like my PG to also score from the perimeter,
A lot of cap space taken up by old stars.

So who should I go as? I've been both before and did enjoy it up to a certain point but I got too dominant with Dwight Howard and felt it may not be realistic putting up 28 PPG and 16-18 RPG compared to the league average.

As of now, here's the move I did:

1.) Traded T. Williams + '12 1st round pick for P. George of the Pacers
- I thought that George was a very nice prospect for that position. I got 1 more key guy and I managed to keep my '11 1st round pick.

Still looking to find a good trade for Morrow.

I bought the game and started with the New York Knicks. I'm 10-5, coming off two embarrassing losses to the Warriors (who nearly beat me in the beginning of the season) and the Clippers.

My starting line-up as of right now

PG: Felton
SG: Fields
SF: Gallinari
PF: Stoudemire
C: Randolph

Chandler got hurt in the 4th game of the season but is due back any day. I'm going to start him over Gallinari since he can sustain scoring over longer stretches and he plays pretty good defense. Turiaf is probably going to take Randolph's spot, after Randolph got dominated by the Warriors and Clippers bigs in the past two games.

I'm not going to make any trades yet, since my team is playing pretty good and the chemistry seems to be improving week after week.

So far my big 3 has been Stoudemire, Fields, and Felton. I can consistently get pts, rebounds, and assist out of all 3 and in rotationals they're usually the catalysts. Felton's ability to drive the lane and kick it out is ideal for this team as I can find an open shooter. Fields is so much fun to play with, you can drive the lane with him or just take the J. He's versatile and a big key to us winning the first 10 out of 15. Amare is just a beast. He can score, he can rebound, he's top 10 in blocks. He's the leading scorer on my team and 5th in the league.

My disappointments thus far have been Randolph, Gallinari, Azubiake and Douglass. Gallinari is the only one out of those four who can kind of get hot for a stretch, but he's far too inconsistent. Randolph can rebound but he can't get any good putbacks and against some teams he's nearly invisible. Kelenna is just...damn. He misses so many wide open shots it's ridiculous (I use Real FG%). Toney Douglass just turns the ball over so much. Many easy passes I make with Felton are usually picked off if I attempt them with Douglass. So when he comes in and is running the offense, we almost certainly have to slow our pace.

All in all having a fun time so far. Can't wait to get Chandler back and to really cut into the Celtics lead.

if your fav team is orlando go with them . then build a team with them to beat the celtics

So it seems that i might start a Knicks franchise.

I decided to choose the Knicks because it's one of the few teams that i can actually stick with in Associations because of their awesome jerseys and cool court.

When i start up 2k11 again, i'm going to sim the first season, play the playoffs, if we make it. I'm going to try to sign a FA SG in the Off-Season, i don't have my online yet, so i don't have fields. Might sign Shannon Brown in the Off-Season. We need a legit 7'0 big men. Eddie Curry isn't going to be here for long, and i don't like STAT as my starting C, it doesn't feel right. So i will pick up a C rookie or C FA. Hopefully Tyson Chandler.

Adam Morrison is stepping up for the Cavs, who have no go-to guy until now, scoring career highs in points.




He just went off for 40 points, a career high, against his former team, the Lakers, showing them why they should of played him ALOT more..



The funny part is that he has LeBron's old number (He was given that number when I signed him)

29-3 now since I won that game. All 3 losses were sims.
A 26-4 run some point in the 3rd quater won me that game.

Yeah it's around like 80. He's the teams leading scorer, but wasn't even considered for MIP or All-star.

Same here. Evan Turner feels "offended" and hes starting and playing at least 37 a game. Im in season 2 and hes been upset since hes been here. If his morale doesnt change by the end of the year ill probably have to trade him (which i really dont want to do)

how do you get evan turner going. only 4 games in, but i cant get turner going at all. hasnt been a distraction yet, but like i said, im only 4 games in year 1.

To get evan turner going you would have to trade iguodala, In any association evan turner is going to be unhappy because hes playing behind iggy.

If i were you id trade iggy for a decent 4 or 5. Would help the philly out

Serge ibaka, anthony randolph?

Well thats the thing man, since its fantasy draft the contracts are all different, I have no 2nd or 1st round picks for both yyears because i used them to acquire hibbert , and turner.

For hibbert or randolph i have no assets to trade really. Im kinda stuck atm, so im thinking i could sign someone for mid level that wont cost to much

Evan turner , wesley johnson and hibbert is also not on there rookie contracts anymore. They are on full contracts for some odd reason.

My starter will be glen davis just looking for a decent defensive 4 to help out that doesnt have to be a star

Im on free agency right now and i see carl landry and andre blatche. landry obviously is the better player but he is 4 years older and 2 inches smaller.

Im leaning on towards andre blatche. What do you guys think?

Signed Andre blatche for 5 mill mid level and eddie house for 750k of my mid level.

Also acquired brad miller for a waive contract. Not a bad off season.
