I like mine fairly Sim, so I play 82 games, 12 minutes, and was on Sim Sliders, but just changed to MKharsh. I played probably 50 or so of my games this season. I'd sim 1/4 or 5 and play important ones. Play every playoff games.

Re: How's Your Association Going? (2K11)

I picked two teams to play the association.Clippers and The knicks. The reason is i want to build a team around Griffin like the Cavs 5 years ago and i want to take the Knicks from a playoff team to a contender by signing another star and solid role players.
Not sure if i want Carmelo now or maybe Dwight in a years time.

Seen as i only got the game last week,i simmed my season till where it is now in real life and kept doing this till i got a realistic representation of what the standings are now and stats.
Using rashidis rosters i got it very accurate and the standings in the east are almost perfect.

So I'm doing my Wizards Association and my record is currently is 23-10. I feel like this is getting too unrealistic. I want to start over, but I don't know what team to be?

Does anybody have any ideas? Thanks.

For Draft Class I would say download School For Noobs, his latest is 3.8 I think. The only thing is he has Robbie Hummel on there and he will not be coming out this year. I would replace him with E'twaun Moore of Purdue if you use his. He has done a incredible job with players looks.

Its all preference. A lot of people like Geebo's rosters with the Purist sliders. Personally I have decided to go with my own set only because I not only go for gameplay but association simmed stats as well and I heard that the stats were skewed on the lower side with his set. A lot of people like playing with them so you might try those.

How do you increase someone's loyalty? Like say Carmelo.

                          Knicks scoring at the All-Star break, Year 2;

                          Amar'e--------30.8(leads NBA)
                          Fields---------20.4(19th in NBA)
                          Chandler------15.1
                          Gallinari------12.7
                          Randolph------9.7
                          Curry----------8.9

Amar'e leads the MVP voting for the second straight year. Fields is in the lead for Sixth Man. Fields does great with the second unit(Curry, Randolph, Azubuike & Douglas) because he gets the most touches. When Curry's doubled, Fields gets wide-open looks for the 'J' or a drive to the hoop.

You can't. You can go into edit player though and edit his contract as if he signed an extension with whatever team he is on in your franchise. Seems realistic to me if he gets traded that he has to sign an extension first, that's what almost every team in the league, maybe outside of the Mavericks and Rockets, would want before they make the trade.

My association is going great right now, I am the Miami Heat and in season two and have played every single game in last year's regular season, last year's playoffs, and this year's season. A lot of game time spent on it, lol. Anyways, I'm 35-1 right now and about to go onto a tough part of my schedule what with the Spurs, Thunder, Celtics, and Magic coming up pretty soon. 35-1 sounds ridiculous but almost every game is a possession for possession game and it is hard to pull away unless I'm facing a really bad team like the Cavaliers or Timberwolves.

My stats look like this; LeBron is averaging 29.8 points per game, 7.8 rebounds per game, 10.0 assists per game, and 2.8 blocks per game. Dwayne Wade is averaging 29.0 point per game, 5.0 rebounds per game and 4.8 assists per game. Chris Bosh is averaging 21.8 points per game and 10.8 rebounds per game. So as you can see they score virtually all of my points, aside from Mike Miller's 13.2 points per game. Between the four of them, they average an eye-popping 94.8 points per game, while the rest of my team doesn't score a whole lot, it's around 15 points per game as I average around 110 points per game as a team and allow over 100 points per game as a team. I know it's terrible and is a step down from last year, but hey it was at 110 points per game allowed until I started slowing the pace down sometimes. It's very easy to get caught up with LeBron and Wade just putting in bucket after bucket and not worrying about the other team scoring, lol. My defense is starting to step it up and put the clamps on them every game and my defense has went from number 25 in defense to 13th, in order from least allowed to most allowed point per game on the opposing team.

Only thing I have changed with my team is I got Gordon Hayward via a trade that sent Andre Miller and Tyson Chandler out of town, which were two guys I acquired in free agency that were taking too much playing time away from other guys. I also sent Hayward and Dexter Pittman down to the D-League because he wasn't getting playing time and signed Andy Rautins (rookie for the Knicks right now in real life) and Drew Cook (7'4 D-League Center). I'm planning on swapping out Hayward, Pittman, Cook, and Rautins throughout the year with my 15-man roster and my NBA D-League team's roster and decide who gets the final spot on my 15-man roster. I'm keeping Hayward no matter what, the question is do I keep Pittman, Cook, or Rautins. Cook is all but gone, and it's down to Pittman and Rautins it seems, with Pittman being the favorite as he is a pretty good big guy.

Anyways, I will update after the All-Star break and hope to rectify the All-Star snub of last year as Chris Bosh didn't make it last year despite averaging over 18 points per game and over 13 rebounds per game at the time. There won't be another update after the all-star break update until the end of the season and it will have all of the awards that go with that. 46 games left to go until playoff time.

I was using PuntNL's Sliders, which were good, but I was winning to much (23-10 with the Wizards). Almost all of the game are close, but what can I do to get a more realistic winning percentage? Hovering around .500 would be fine.

Beatdown the Pacers 118-99, Bayless was so so cold shooting 2-15 but had 14ast, and Derozan filled it up with 25pts,7ast. Bargs returned from injury and put in 17pts,15reb [his 2nd injury this year already!].

Injuries in this game: Amir 2-4 weeks sprained wrist, Dunleavy 2-4 weeks severe ankle sprain [I even lowered the injury slider to 40 and 40 and guys still going down every week] tsk tsk...
