    Re: The Little Things Thread

I was guarding the opponent out by the 3-pt line, and I watched as his teammate was curling around under the basket as a play was being executed... as the player made his cut, he slipped! He almost went down, recovered, then continued with his assignment.

Never, EVER, seen anything like that in a game before. 2K11 is amazing.

Playing one of the Jordan Challenges vs. the Jazz. Rodman gets an offensive rebound and Malone puts him on his @$s after he goes back up with it. As Rodman gets up, Malone puts a hand on his shoulder like "Hey, sorry 'bout that, are you ok?" and Rodman violently shrugs Malone's hand off him and started mouthing off. I thought he was going to punch him....

I'm waiting for Rodman to kick a camera man next.

I for one love playing as Jordan..got 4 more challenges left to do and it awesome to hear the announcer say the following:

          Jordan for 3 !!!!!!!!!!!

Jordan with the fade away !

          Jordan with the reverse !

Jordan takes flight from the free throw line !

Player of the game highlights are so awesome to watch. Last night I had steve kerr be the player of the game with all his steals and assists.

Alley oops off the backboard to a trailer are awesome !

I love it when people get on a streak and the announcer says they can't guard him, my man infuego.

I'm currently playing a game Warriors (Me) vs. Lakers, I attempt to throw a pass to Reggie Williams, but goes out of bounds. Odom touch it prior to going out of bounds. Number of fans gets out of their seat upset with the call but I got a good laugh at a guy at courtside. He was sitting with his legs crossed, hand under his chin and suddenly he gets up shouting angry with the call.

The stadium specific stuff is the greatest. Playing the Wolves in Minnesota, Kevin Love sinks two free throws and the stadium plays this sound like when you first connect to the internet, i keep looking around my room like i left something on and it was the sound in the game lol

Chris Paul got fouled on a layup and fell down but the ball went in and he started celebrating as he was laying on the ground.

How dwight howard grabs a block in the air rather than sending it to the stand..

Ewing s high arching shot and free throw shot...captured it perfectly

Played a buddy of mine online as the Celtics and I had a steal very reminiscent of the one Rajon Rondo had in the playoffs. I knocked it loose at half court and both players went lunging for it, it was spectacular coupled with a nice finish at the rim.

-Announcers talking about Gilbert Arenas legal woes, his number change, and possible new nicknames he can call himself

-LeBron did a sick looking one handed rebound when he was all alone underneath the basket.

-The crowd is DEAD on. I was losing by 4 and the lakers were dribbling out the clock (under a minute) and the crowd all rose and the sound was deafening.

I don't think this was in 2K10. When a player guards closely another player (off ball) - I mean when he tries to hold him/push him, the other player would sometimes slap on the arm of the guarding player.

-Opening possession Dwight Howard gets hard foul tackle by Brendan Hayward, who stands over him on ground. Howard misses both free throws, I feed Hayward in post next possession and refs call ticky-tack foul on Howard. Can't stop melo in this game.

He gets the ball about 20ft out on the right wing, back to the basket.

Seemingly all in one move, he faces up, jab steps right and then fades away.

                              shot barely touched the net.

Yeah Melo is so deadly he just jab-fade away combos me to death. He scored 30+ points on me in the two exhibiton games I played.
