It's crazy how well done the injuries are. I never check to see who's injured before the game but anytime a team has someone who is injured I can tell by the way that they run or if they are grabbing a part of their body. I saw a guy who kept grabbing his stomach and I checked the injury report and saw that he had bruised ribs and I just noticed a guy I was guarding kept taking forever to get up and down the court and was limping and it turned out that he had a strained groin.

Don't ever let anyone tell you otherwise.
If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :) -
Re: The Little Things Thread
Speaking of injuries, this has probably been mentioned, but I played an association game against the Celtics and Rondo was playing hurt with a sprained wrist. Many times throughout the game, you could see Rondo grabbing his wrist when he didn't have the ball and flexing it and what not. Not sure if they have always had this but that is pretty cool.
EDIT: Wow me and the guy above me just posted the same thing at the same time. That's pretty weird.Comment

Re: The Little Things Thread
Playing a online game and had my shot blocked, got fouled, and the referee caught the ball in the air. That's the first time I've seen that. Also, while I'm at the freethrow line you can hear the PA announcer scream "OKKAAYYY" like Lil Jon.

Re: The Little Things Thread
I like how on occassion, some agile big men get out on the fastbreak with you. I think they mentioned this in one of the Insights.
It doesn't happen often but, using the Wizards I have had Blatche or Mcgee out in transition with me when running the fastbreak.
It's really cool to see when it happens.
In previous 2k's fastbreaks always consisted of pg's and wing players, now I notice some athletic big guys getting out on the break at times.Comment

Re: The Little Things Thread
some of the little things i've noticed
some players still shoot the ball after the referee makes a call
some players waiting by the sideline for a quick subtitution even tho i only see it in da 2nd half of games still very nice & i also think this was in 2k10 or 2k9, not sure. somebody confirm this for me, thank u.
you can see players breathing & gasping for air when they're at the freethrow line. now that one i was just like wowww niiiiiceComment

Re: The Little Things Thread
I always get a kick out of Nash playing with his locks when someone is at the line. Also whenever one of his free throws rattles around and goes in he will take a couple seconds to go through the free throw motion in air.Comment

Re: The Little Things Thread
I was playing as the Lakers a few days ago. The shot clock was running down, so I do a desperate fadeaway with Kobe as he's falling out of bounds. He hits the shot, and in the replay I can see him highfiving some fans in the front row as he runs back down the court.
At first I thought he ran into the referee or something because it looked like he was stumbling off camera. But when I saw that what he was actually doing in the replay, I just grinned and said to myself "Man, this game is deep."According to my old marketing professor, satisfaction is when product performance meets or exceeds consumer expectation.Comment

Re: The Little Things Thread
I was playing against the Lakers yesterday and they took Kobe out. Crowd starts chanting "Kobe, Kobe, Kobe" like they wanted him back in. Thought that was pretty cool.
Also, i was playing with the Heat and the crowd chanted "MVP, MVP, MVP" when LeBron was shooting free throws. This game is AMAZING!Comment

In my Wizards association John Wall was fouled as he dunked. He then did the John Wall dance. Loved it.Comment
