Problem is im in my association for MY team...i dont need to focus that much on what the cpu does...never really have cared about it in ANY sports game and im strickly an association dynasty guy offline player. I just worry about keeping my team in tact becuase that the main thing that affects the actual GAMEPLAY imo

If I didn't care, I wouldn't be in this thread giving YOU GUYS advice on trying to clean it up even thought I'm actually ENJOYING my game....If you go back and read the thread its mostly guys on your side of the argument thats just complained about for 28 pages, not many of y'all have offered ANY fixes...You have but others haven't....

And the thread title DOES need to be changed because if you change playbooks, coaching sliders and a few tendencies, the damn thing ain't broke.......Hell, the Hawks started 14-0 in my assoc....Thats right....they have a damn good team on my games.....Guess who all have awesome home and away records, off the top of my head.....Heat, Lakers, Magic, Blazers, Bulls, Mavs, Suns, Spurs, Celtics and the Rockets ALL are well above .500 in my season and ALL have winning road records, 25 games into my Franchise....

I think some of us are pissed because the thread gives people a false sense of the game....You've people coming in here and actually questiong on buying the game completely because you say the mode is BROKEN.....meaning UNPLAYABLE.....you might not want to accept that you have to do the work yourself(and you'll still have to do the work yourself even after a patch)<<< I don't know how people can't understand this...if you think its broke now, faulty trade logic and the cpu signing 3 FA's who all play the same position just because they have the money is not gonna fix it......

I don't think anybody can say who deserves to post in this thread...at least I've offered up numerous ways to improve it but the thread is 28 pages long still...

We bought the game as advertised, expecting the mode to work properly!

We don't get paid to do testing and edits to make it playable, the developers do.

Not hating on anyone...i just think the thread title is very misleading

Not misleading to me....I've had some really odd trades and player movement happen that really stands out. When you have star players not on their team anymore it's pretty jarring and does feel broken.

Maybe this isnt the game for you then and im totaly sorry...There s another game which has updated rosters so theres always a choice.

And this is the fundamental difference between some people and others.....I know I shouldn't HAVE to do anything but the world aint fair, there's a TON of things we shouldn't have to do......But I guarantee you when u spend your money on something else, a PC or whatever and you can't take it back? what do u do....You do your best to work around it....What world do you live in where u don't have to do any extra work?

And on top of all that, most of the editing is done at the beginning and thats it.....Its like you guys are just making it harder than it has to be....Its seriously not that hard and doesn't take that long...I work and have responsibilities just like the next man.....You guys probably haven't ATTEMPTED to try a 30 team franchise and see how easy it is to do this stuff and have the fun I'm having....

and i can see how "sim" people are upset because they actually care about how many teams the cpu wins on the raod and why the cpu has so many rookies in the draft. If 2k advertised this then yes they should be mad...But im just not agreeing with the "its completely broken statement". as there are people that would agree with me

I have in fact done a 30 team Association, in fact, a few pages back after becoming so frustrating trying to fix this mess, I gave in and i'm currently doing a 30 team association mode right now.

And ya know what, it's not fun for me, it takes away the unpredictability of the mode, i'm not a fan of it
