Co-sign. I'm getting real scared that the people complaining about how hard some areas of this game are will result in 2k patching this game for the worse. I don't want this to happen.
Despite how many perceived 2k10 to be bad, I still liked it and played many hours of that title(despite it's issues). It is a known fact that the passes I was able to complete in 2k10 really threw me off when I played the demo and full copy of 2k11. I accumulated TO(TurnOver) after TO because I was expecting to complete the ignorant passes I threw with the defender inches from my intended target and looking right at me/ball. Passes that were routinely successful in 2k10. The defenders were not very active in the passing lanes in 2k10, but they are in 2k11. This game is forcing people to actually find/create passing lanes. People are having a hard time adjusting imo. I like the change.
I know many of the OS vets here begged for the cpu to be more active in the passing lanes and down in the paint for 2k11 and imo they certainly fixed that
. The only thing I would change about the deflections that occur now is to have a few more of them simply go out of bounds off of defensive deflections rather than just result in TO's. In the NBA, many deflections end up going out of bounds forcing the offense to reset by inbounding from sidline/under hoop. I felt Live 10 balanced that TO/offensive ball recovery/out of bounds dynamic very well off of deflections.
