Probably won't get that jersey... But I'm wishing for it. Just like you brother.

But I've never been jersey crazy before. I'm more about the game playing well. But if they can get something close. I would be cool. I don't need much to make it feel like 1998 again.

Sadly enough I actually agree with you. I LOVED that pinstripe uniform, but I would settle for the 1998 one that Sportjames posted without the pinstripes. Just as long as I can get that black alternate that doesn't say "Chicago" on it--I want it to say "Bulls".

I respect your opinion, but I personally found the all-decade teams to be just a little too fantastical. For some reason, I actually enjoyed them a lot more when they at least wore their own respective jerseys (2K2). Once they began all wearing the same generic "All-70's" uniforms, it didn't even feel like I was using legends anymore. I acknowledge all gaming requires we use our imaginations a little bit, but that was too much for me. Classic teams, with authentic jerseys and courts and whatnot, help bridge that gap, where I can actually feel like I'm using a legend and their teammates during their era.

Those all-decade teams ended up being more useful for me for their ability to trade the legends to their actual teams as opposed to using the legends teams themselves. I agree about Kareem though. I get the feeling 2K's tried to get the big guy in there but just haven't been able to make it happen yet. The created Kareem on the 360 last year was actually pretty legit, only the absence of goggles make it seem obvious that it's not really him.

I guess that is your opinion of the ultimate list, but I would need the Pacers on here from the 90's somewhere. Jordan/Miller had some classic games against each other, as well as the Knicks/Miller rivalry. Has to be included...please!?

Exactly! That is all people would do is take the players and put them on their teams. I only played with those All Star teams during All Star weekend's. And I can say I've played with them maybe 5 times in the last 5 years. I have picked lengends for Street games. But after a while it gets a little too much.

Personally, im glad they removed those all decade teams and put in more classic teams. I never played with those teams, and I've been buy 2K basketball ever since NBA2K3 was released.

I think they'd be more than worthwhile for those reasons, especially the older All Decade teams that will not be represented in any of the classic team additions. Even if you might not use the teams, they could assist roster makers at the very least.

There seems to be a bit of a divide between people clamoring for either classic teams or all decade teams, why not have both?

And while we're at it, why not make an actual team out of those stupidly overpowered celebrity guests from streetball mode? The more teams, the better, and they'd be a fun challenge to beat.

If they all fit without a problem of disc space, then I'm in full agreement. I'm just totally in the dark as to how much room a given disc has to fit in what they want. So therefore I tend to roll with the "if we had to choose, I'd definitely choose classic teams" point of view. But yeah, I feel like with College 2K housing hundreds of teams, I'd imagine NBA (even with more detailed graphics and current gameplay) could fit their fair share as well.
