How many CAP's were you able to make before getting the error message?

In the past couple games, I was able to have something in the range of 195-200 CAPs at a time. You'd think that 2K would keep it the same this year, but that 158 limit on legends has me wondering.

Well i guess i'll just stick to 2k11. The age editing restriction is a real killer for me. What's the point of putting legends in association mode if there just going to retire after the first season.

i feel the same way man, why did they take out the age restriction out this year, man i guess i will only be playing exhibition games this year.

how do you put legends on teams for regular association

they need a patch to let us edit age

We need to be able to edit age, that shouldn't be an especially difficult item to patch in.

I'm still holding out hope that our fluid roster editing will return in 2K12.

Can someone help me with this workaround? I've followed it step by step but when I go to assign free agents to the exported team I get a message saying I cannot assign players to a created team. That's where I'm stuck. I don't know how I screwed this up. But I have to be able to move my legends around, it's a huge part of the game for me.

I was trying to release the legends from my exported team but it wouldn't let me. It turns out I was skipping an important step. You have to save the roster file and then load it again. For some reason when you follow all the steps the exported team is no longer considered a created team and you can then do what you want with the legends. I'm just happy I can use the legends as I wish now. This made my night!

i would like to know if it's possible to trade legend or use them to create a team.
For exemple i want trade Drexler to the rockets 94, is it possible?
Or terry ****ings to the spurs 98 is it possible?
Or Chris Webber to the Warriors?
or Dennis Rodman to the Spurs 98 (one of the best trade in the history of the NBA before he goes to the bulls!!)

or if i want to create the 95 all star east, with Pippen, A.Hardaway, Oneal, Ewing, Dumars, Hill, Larry Johnson, Mourning, and other create players like Baker, Dana Baros, Reggie Miller.

So I start a season to export a team but I don't know exactly how to go about this...





I'm planning on creating Sedale Threatt next then Nick the quick they may not look like them 100% but with the new tools its passable. Plus with the create the jumper I was able to recreate Toney's unique jumper. I am loving this part of the game!

I wish Nick Van Exel was in the game, he is my all time favorite player by miles. Ill be creating a NVE cap on 2k12, I have over 300 game DVD's of his on DVD i watch regularly and have a youtube channel called vanexeltv. I made the highest downloaded Van Exel cap for 2k11, Ill upload my CAP and hopefully they find a hidden Nick the Quick cyberface on the xbox disc like Ninja Tactic did for 2k11......cross your fingers.
