Re: Association Stats are a ROSTER issue

I been workin on my rosters & these was my league leaders at the all-star break
    Rebounds
    1. D. Howard 14.2
    2. Z. Randolph 11.4
    3. J. Noah 11.4
    4. K. Love 11.3
    5. B. Griffin 11.1
    Blocks
    1. D. Howard 2.4
    2. J. McGee 2.1
    3. S. Ibaka 2.0
    4. J. Smith 1.9
    5. D. Jordan 1.8
    Assist
    1. R. Rondo 10.4
    2. J. Kidd 10.0
    3. S. Nash 9.0
    4. J. Calderon 8.5
    5. D. Harris 8.4
Chris Paul & Deron Williams was 7th & 8th on the list both had 8.3

Now i have a NEW problem & thats PPG Kobe leads the league but with only 26.6 Durant was 2nd with 25.2 Lebron only averaged 22.3 & he was 6th on the list Wade was 4th with 22.4 Melo was 7th with 22.1.... I think by raisin other players shot tendacy its takin shots away from star players eve tho they aleady have a HIGH shot tendacy #BakToTheLabForMoreResearch

yeah association has always been my favorite feature every since 2k2 i think it was called something else at that time... but anyway I enjoy looking at the stats far as seeing real percentages , etc... and this bug has really taken away my realistic experience

it says my team is averaging 51 assists a game, and 0 blocks

I pride myself and how much points I allow and how much points I get... I did the fantasy draft thing and i signed a bunch of defensive players and rebounders... I'm getting about 48 rebounds a game and it says 33.. it just sucks they haven't fixed this bug yet

This is what i did. I took Chauncey off the clippers and traded him to the trail blazers and chris paul assists per game went up from 7.1 to 8.8 per game a game in 80 games. His stats was 18.7, 8.8 apg, 2.7 spg in 34.6 mins to go along with 4.8 rpg. i think 2k try to make it so that they estimate what the stats will be if the point guard had to share ball duties.

        Chris Paul stats without Chauncy

November- 16 games and had 8.4 apg

December- 15 games and had 8.0 apg

January- 10 games and had 9.9 apg

February- 15 games and had 8.5 apg

March- 15 games and had 9.5 apg

April- 9 games and had 8.7apg

I did this with current rosters and simmed the whole season.

Re: Association Stats are a ROSTER issue

Ok i just did the same thing with D-will which was trade the person on the team who was averaging the second assist which was Stevenson and D-will apg went up from 6.7 to 8.2.

For real stats trade Chauncey to a team that need a point as in the trail blazers or raptors and Paul dimes should be above 8 a game and for the Nets trade Stevenson and take back a bum that won't take away from their average.

This same season chris paul average was 9.3 in 34 mins. So my findings is that chris paul and more point guards averages depend on if the shooting guard in the line up handles the ball as muc has them.

With Billups paul average at best is 7.4 and with Nick Young in the line up Paul average is 9.3 at the highest but no where below 8.5

With D-will where he is the main guy passing he averages 8.2 and everyone else on the team average no where above 1.8 apg

All these games are simmer 100 percent of the time. Simmed from day one to the last game of the season

Way 2k has it set up it's basically they try to estimate what their assist would be if someone else was passing the ball more. They have it so the shooting guard gets 3 to 5 dimes per game since they bring the ball up just as much.
