Personally I'd rather have Tyrus Thomas get the bulk of the minutes at the PF spot if I were Charlotte I don't see Millsap fitting in there. Other than that, I like it.

Ok guys i came up with an idea for injuries. The same idea can be used for free agency.

      Step 1: Go to random.org
Step 2: Generate a number between 1-30 to pick a team
Step 3: Go to the team's roster and sort by Durability rating(DUR)
      Step 4: Generate a number between 1-100
      1-60 = 25-69 DUR Rating
      61-85 = 70-79 DUR Rating
      86-95 = 80-89 DUR Rating
      96-100 = 90+ DUR Rating
Step 5: Assign each player that fits the criteria a # and pick one
Step 6: Use the injury length sheet from Bedwardsroy19's Association Guide and enjoy.

Good to see others use the 30 team franchise.

I can't play any other way as the GM logic is just terrible.

I've attached an excel template I used to use in the past. It allows write little magazine style write-ups on each team at pre-season, all-star break, and playoffs with notes on trades, FA, and the draft.

This is true, but I can't really think of good spot for Pierce. Has anyone come up with something?

Only idea I heard thrown around on an NBA podcast(can't remember which one as I listen to 3 or 4) was Pierce to the Bulls, but that was all they said.

Bulls would have to give up Deng to come close to making it work salary wise but he also has 3 years left on his deal, he is younger the Paul and a pretty good piece though. Only reason Bulls would do this is if his real life wrist injury was serious. It's on his non-shooting hand so he should be able to play with it eventually.

Other than that I have had a hard time finding young players/expiring contracts that Boston could get for him.

The more I look at Boston may be best severed to hold onto him since the 2012 FA class isn't really that good beyond the possibility that Deron and Dwight hit the open market.

3 team mega deal for Dwight Howard..

                  Lakers get:
                  D. Howard
                  H. Turkoglu
                  K. Lowry

                  Rockets get:
                  P. Gasol
                  J. Richardson
                  S. Blake

                  Magic get:
                  A. Bynum
                  K. Martin
                  L. Scola

da Magic are currently 6th in the East n i dont think thats good enuff to keep D-12 happy.. da Rockets are 11th in da West and are in need of a shake up.. da Lakers are 4th out West and are making this deal for obvious reasons..

im gonna throw in a few picks to da Magic n Rockets also.. i just wanted see what you guys think.. i know its not what would happen irl.. but i think for video games its a good enuff deal.. keep in mind that its 2 days before da trade deadline n Dwight has informed da Magic that he will not resign with them n would like to go to LA..

Any chance the Rockets could keep Lowry and the Lakers could keep Blake?

Thats the only feedback I have, other than that looks perfect

cap space wise.. no they cant.. but i do see what ur saying.. im gonna see if i can switch Blake/Lowry for Dragic n maybe one of da Lakers young PG's.. my plan was for the Rockets to draft a PG early in da 1st round of da 2012 draft.. i was gonna package some picks to move up if needed..

Ya, I don't think the Bulls would trade Deng as he's the key to their defense. They said he's going to play with the pain in his wrist anyways. It's in his non-shooting hand so it might not affecting his shooting too much. As for Pierce, the best place seems to be a fringe-contender rather than contending team. One interesting deal would be if the Nets got involved. Getting Pierce would give Howard more incentive to sign there and that could be a solid team. Maybe doing something like Lopez, Okur, and Petro for Pierce

Knicks/Nets swap superstars.. with Dwight Howard headed to LA Deron Williams has informed da Nets he will opt out of his contract at da end of da season.. he will sign a new deal with da Lakers, Knicks or Dallas.. of course da Lakers is off da table as they gave away any assets in da Howard deal.. da Mavs really dont have much to offer da Nets..

so im thinking NYK.. Williams/Humphries for Davis/Stoudemire.. or Williams/James for Anthony/Davis..

again i know this wont happen irl.. but if u read what is happening so far u may understand why im doing this.. that being said.. what do u think is da best offer for da Nets?..

I disagree, the only reason they wanted Gasol was because they were then going to sign Nene. Scola and Martin are better than Gasol and younger too. I'm not sure what the Rockets incentive would be for doing the deal especially if their giving up Lowry.

as a rockets fan i find it really hard to see them trading martin scola and lowry for gasol he is a star but not a superstar everybody is set on the idea that hou really wants gasol because of the paul trade but the trade was to free up cap for nene also gm morey has made it sound like lowry is almost untouchable and that the plan is to trade the young assets we have (flynn, williams, lee, patterson, multipule 1st) for a superstar or let them walk in offseason for cap space to sign one in fa which is what started today by not picking up there options
                              sorry for the long post

My thoughts exactly on the 3 team trade. No way Rockets are giving up lowry. He's a triple double threat every night, and he's still on his rookie deal.
