Re: NBA 2K13 Hands-On Preview From Gamescom (via DaWolf)
Did the players feel different?
Like, were you able to differentiate between LeBron and Wade in terms of "weight" or whatever?
And if you remember, was there any separation between the offensive player and defensive player on a fast break?
(Similar to getting beaten off the dribble and not being able to recover, were there any instances where the ball was stolen in the passing lane that led to an easy dunk/layup without being caught by the defender?)Comment

@DaWolf Quick questions:
1. Did you notice any players sweating? I know in 2k12 players did not sweat(unrealistic).
2. Did you get to the free throw line? And if so is it the same as 2k12 with the percentages?Comment

Very clutch DaWolf, thank you. But i have 3 questions:
1. Are the layups improved? Do they still do unnecessary animations which results in the player getting blocked???
2. Is the passing any better? 2k said this was going to be one of the bigeer improvements in this game and i HATED the passing in 2k12.
3. Idk if you called any plays, but if you did, did the players come off the screens better? In 2k12 it was the must pathetic thing to see. They would walk around the screen instead of running to try and create separation.
These 3 things i hated the most (and the spacing of the offense but you already said its the same which pisses me off). Especially the first two, i would be very pleased if it got fixed.
2. I know they said that. But aside from the bounce pass I didnt see a huge difference tbh
3. you couldnt call playsComment

Re: NBA 2K13 Hands-On Preview From Gamescom (via DaWolf)
When you say blocks look better, are they being blocked out of the air or blocked right out of player's hands? And can I get runners off without fear of being blocked? Which completely negates the purpose of runners even existing in the first place...Comment

I think most of them are changed a bit. What I didnt like was that lebron got his 2k11 leaning jump shot back. his 3 pointer wa the same as in 12. westbrook got the same but a little smoother, durant was better but as I mentioned pretty automatic to me.Comment

Durant did a lot of them - I couldnt block them. But with the blocks we will have to wait and see if they are actually improved because I didnt see a lot.Comment

Do the right players explode off the ground to the rim even when laying the ball up or do they still kinda jog and jump kinda half-speed? I mean, is there a visual difference between how Westbrook and LeBron attack the rim through traffic vs how Daequan Cook will try to lay it up?Comment
