guys i need some advice on how to upgrade my player.i have 75 or so shot inside and shot close.my layup is at 85 but 80 without shoes.i think my dunk is around the same.my vertical is at 80 as well i believe.my def. rebound is at 75.i'm an athletic sf and only mentioned the stuff i have worked on so far.i have finisher and scrapper both level 1.i got a triple double and 10 points was the last of the stats i got to because i'm not feeling my inside game.in 2k12 i let the game come to me but now it seems if i do that i end up taking only 2 shots by the 4th quarter in 2k13 and i havent had much luck forcing it despite finisher so i want to extend my range.if i equip the shoe and spend 700 vc i can get my shot med. from 52 to 70.is there anything else i should work on first though?i'm having solid games and feel i can easily average 8 rebounds and 8 assists already but i dont mind becoming even more solid or improving my inside game.

So I'm in my 3rd year, playing as a 6 11 Face Up Center on the Hornets(99 overall). Managed to get Kidd-Gilchrist and Aaron Affalo for Eric Gordon. We're pretty much unstoppable. I'm currently leading the league in Points. Rebounds, Blocks. 1 game left until playoffs. Hornets have the best record in the NBA. Going for my 2nd NBA Championship. 8/10 HOF Milestones obtained. Got to go 2 more season to be 10/10.

The fans and general manager want me to resign now but that that create a glitch in the game if I did now? Doesn't the game freeze? Has anyone resigned and not had the gsme freeze?? And if it freezes can I just turn my Xbox off and go back in? Or will my file be corrupted?

i heard you can only have i myplayer.i was hoping to create a center and pg but i'm not going to just get rid of my sf to do that.is this true?

I had my best career game ever against Miami. Bosh was injured and I took advantage of it. It was our 1st signature key game victory of the season, 2nd key game victory of season. I was mad because I was so close to 2 milestones. I had 39pts, 19 rebs, 3 blocks, and a steal. They wouldnt pass me the ball at the end to get my 1st 40pt game and I missed a reb earlier, that could have gotten me my 1st 20-20 game. But, it still was a great game. I knew going into the game, I would go off. Most of my points came off PNR because they wouldnt pass me the ball. I had Shawn Kemp follow me after that game and got the Style Mag. What made the win big was the we were worst team beating the best in East.

I got Dunk to 77, and will stop 80. I will then get Shot Close to 90.

With 3 key games left, I avg 13.3 points, 10.3 rebs, and 1.6 blocks. I am 3rd in rebounding, ROY voting, and DPOY voting. I am T-8th in Blocking. I am 9th in PF's with 80 FT% and 8th in PF FG% with 54%. We are 23-54. We have 22nd worst record. It is a 4 horse race. Bobcats(22-56), Magic(23-55), and Kings(24-53).

hey guys another question, im wondering which sig skills are a must have? i've looked through them all but i cant decide. so far i only got the gatorade one. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Dimer, finisher (level 2) and floor general are MUST haves for a pg IMO.

I also like scrapper and antifreeze, but these are optional to me

You can have 3 on-line myplayers / associations going where the MP's work off VC. A stipulation is the MP avatar, exept for height and weight, is the same. You can also have unlimted offline my players going, but they will only be able to progress with SP and not VC. So, if you don't mind if your center and pg have the same look as your sf, you are good to go.

I'm a 6'3 PG drafted to the Warriors. I play on Superstar/Simulation settings and the season was going on fairly decently with losses here and there being mixed in.
Then the GM asked me who to trade for. So I picked Andre Iguodala among others. The Warriors traded for him by giving up Barnes and Jarret Jack.
Now this team is freaking unstoppable.
I have Curry to nail threes. David Lee for the unstoppable mid-range game. Bogut finishes instead. And Iguodala gets alley-oops all game.
What an offensive juggernaut.
Defense isn't bad either because I have lockdown defender, so does Iggy and Bogut is a beast defending the paint.
Best team to get drafted to if you're a PG.

I am curious, did they move Curry to SG or did they put you as the starting SG?

I play on HoF/Simulation and it helps BIG TIME. Especially if you've got it to lvl 3. I actually had to switch it out with something else and not even use it because I'd be crushing every team in the league by 20+ points and it would make the game too easy. I'm a center on the Raptors and we need to lose sometimes ...I don't even use my lvl 3 bruiser skill either for the same reason. I've used both sig skills together and it would feel like I was playing on pro. No sarcasm.

It also depends what position you play too because if your a guard or a SF you can't play as much help-d as you like so you need Def Anchor to make sure your A.I. teammates are better aware at controlling the paint. I don't have this problem as a center because I literally keep the CPU under 40 points in the paint every game so they're always having to settle for an outside shot.

Try winning on hot def. Its easier on Hof/Sim Bc everyone gets super tired super fast

So, I owe all of the guys on here who made Centers because they inspired me to create a Center as well.

I modeled him after Nerlens Noel, except I chose the Defensive Build over Athletic and boy I tell you, it's tough. I can't jump high or run forever compared to other guys at my position, but I'm holding my own.

I'm playing as a 7' Defensive C..for me its the best player i've created so far..i've tried many style and position but this is the best and im sticking with it..the key is u just gotta make lots of P&R instead of just waiting on low post..

I cant play mycareer at all after the patch was made. Everytime i load it up, my player is not shown dribbling and when i flick the right stick the menu doesnt appear. Whats going on?

Scored 77, grabbed 13 rebounds in a playoff game. Got MJ and Robinson as fans now. For some reason their tweets say I only scored 71, maybe its a glitch.

Andrea Bargnani is injured so Coach Casey decided to start me at the 4. The first game, I had 21 points, 15 rebounds, and a block in 37 minutes (fouled out in the 4th). We beat the Jazz 116-98.

Second game was a monster game individually. I dropped 28 points, 18 rebounds, 4 assists, and 4 blocks in 40 minutes. Unfortunately, we lost 97-110 in Indiana.

I'm really enjoying playing with Demar DeRozan. He is having a career year. 24.1 ppg (5th in the league while shooting 51%), 6.1 rpg, and a surprising 1.1 bpg.

It is still early in the season though so he'll probably come back to earth a bit.

We are currently 3-5.
