I love it when I can just facilitate, play D, and just watch players go to work offensively. My most enjoyable games are when I score 10-12 pts and guys like Gordon and AD go off.

Anyone else like me, who go to *unreasonable* lengths to keep it realistic? For example, I can very easily buy fancy dunk packages and shooting forms, but instead searched hours(literally hours lol) for a shooting form and shot base that mirrored my real life shot... Also, my 6'3" 210lb PG is my height/weight and I have only and will only ever equip "Rimgrazers Off One" "Basic One Handers Off One" and "Basic One Handers Off Two" as my dunk packages because I was never able to do more than those in real life. LOL seems ridiculous but I love doing this.

It's as close to "me" being in the NBA as possible. lol

Just made another trade suggestion to the GM. Zach Randolph, David Lee, Kenneth Faried, Royce White, or Paul Milsapp. Need a power forward on this team. Bargnani got to go. Sucks at defense and rebounding. Just hope my team doesn't trade Derozan or Deandre Jordan. Hope they trade Lowry or Bargnani.

I had to restart my career because i did the extend contract thru GM last time and it freezes everytime. I loved My 3pt Specialist PG playing for the bulls.

So this time around i made a SG and got drafted by hornets. After coming off bench and scoring like 20 points a game i finally got the starting job. So my Line up goes:

PG Gordon
SG Moore (me)
SF Aminu
PF Anderson
C Davis


i am liking Gordon as a PG, he is a ball hog sometimes but his ability to score helps me not to have to put up 50 points a game. We are 16-7 right now. My stats through 23 games

MPG 19.3
PPG 25.7
RPG 2.4
APG 2.7
SPG 1.3
BPG 0.3
FG% 56%
3P% 45%
FT% 92%

Had a great game against 76ers. I started the game with 2pts and 3 TOs with half of the 1st Q played. I thought it was going to be a long game. Once Bynum left the 1st time, I went off. I ended with 31pts, 17 rebs, and 3 bocks in a win before fouling out. What made that win significant was that Gordon is out, so it shows that we can win without him. Im still not getting plays ran for me, though.

Im not going to lie, I didnt want to win that game. We are 14-11. So, with 3+ losses, I will be able to ask for trade for that PG. But, we need to do something with the rookie Center. I just checked and he is 12th in rotation. For a #2 OVR pick that is NOT a bust to be 12th in rotation, is just wasting talent. We might as well just trade him now.

lol all of the pf and c suck at defense and rebounding thats y i cant play myplayer until they bring a patch that allow u to change the game sliders in this mode

I got Deandre Jordan on my team now. In 5 games with us so far he has 10.2 rebounds and 3.4 blocks per game. I do agree though that they need to patch the offensive rebounding in this game. Also they should have sliders but I doubt that ever happens. Certainly not this year any way. But hopefully the next patch will fix the rebounding issues. It's ridiculous.

Just had my best game of my career. It was amazing, I aint going lie. I had my best all around game ever. I had 33pts, 28 rebs, 5 assists, and no TOs. It was my 1st 20-20 game. I nearly had it by end of 3rd quarter. Once I got the 20th reb with over 11 mins left, I was like "Im going for 25". Getting 28 rebs, I broke the team record in rebounds. What made it special was that it wasnt against a small team. It was against the Bulls. I didnt want to win the game at 1st, but I couldnt lose after having a game like that. It also feels great not cheesing to do something like that.

So after 3 years (?) you get an extension and there are 2 ways to sign then? One through meeting with the GM or 2 just wait for a screen to appear?

The 3rd season, Just wait til season over to sign a contract. Dont do it through the GM. Because if you ask for extension through the GM screen during season it freezes game.. atleast it did for me. I think i read it happened to others too

I just changed my difficulty setting to "superstar", should I change it from simulation to default as well? What are the main differences between sim and default?




I won the player of the month award together with Lebron. I then checked the NBA news and he's out for the season with a torn MCL. lol

Sim - Less 3pt , more shooting fouls , stamina goes down quicker , speed doesn't matter , seems easier to win then on default

Im going to try out HOF default then sim and see which gives more realistic stats

I'm playing on superstar right now.

Had a 10 game winning streak (all-star difficulty) and now I lost 2 in a row to the Cavs and Bobcats.

Ben Gordon demolished me, unbelievable... he had 38 points. Scores contested 3's etc.

I had 42 points - 7 rebounds - 11 assists and yet we can't win.

The weirdest thing just happened. I'm mid way through the 3rd quarter and the ball disappeared! I heard this has happened to other people too. We still playing but the ball is invisible! I'm gonna try and stick it out because we are up by 11. Gonna be really hard to get rebounds now.
