Two questions:
1) So you can't make two My Players? Because the first time I turned on the game I used whatever name was on the screen and just quickly pressed start because I wanted to play an exhibition quickly before work. If I make a new profile can I make a new My Player?

2) Are the contracts in the My Career mode really in those coins? That would be extremely disappointing, if this is true is there any way to change it to $$?

Speaking of microtransaction i had 250 microsoft point so i wanted to buy some vc for equipment. Well you can get 10,000 for 240 points or 5,000 for 80 points....ill let you guys do the math.

Weird...on PSN it's 99¢ for 1,000, $1.99 for 5,000 and $2.99 for 10,000. So buying more at a time would be cheaper. I did buy a bit to get me some accessories too.

Great thing with the accessories is they actually boost the max of your skill as well. So say you have a mid-range of 70/95. If you get an arm sleeve that has +3 midrange your skill will say 73/98, allowing you to bypass the limit of your player type. At least, eventually when you can afford to max it!

Started over as a athletic SG. Drafted by the suns, enjoying it a lot more now.

Just had a game with 33 points and 13 assists. I find that getting VC is not hard if you are having good games. You can get 100+ easily just by having a good team grade and a good performance. Then anything extra just adds up.

Had a key game, got 433 VC.

Don't know if this has been answered yet, but how does your contract translate to cap space? Is there a conversion that takes place from VC to $? It shouldn't be possible to join any team regardless of capspace because your contract isn't paid by dollars, seems silly to me.

Owning the jewelry packs give your MyPlayer a boost. I think the Blue Diamond one is like 10pts to every attribute. The jewelry itself is just aesthetic for non-game situations.

I want to create a career mode as a PF, but in past years they always sub me in at SF. Is there a certain play style I should choose, that would prevent me getting subbed in at SF on a regular basis?

I hope they the patch isnt a while away. I dont see the play vision for my PG. I dont really like freestyling the entire game.

What I hate about my player 2k13 mode is the fact that you CANNOT RESTART YOUR PLAYER. last years 2k you could make multiple players. This year nope. Idc about the vc thing . My friend made the account in the begining and used a stupidd name and now because of that I cant change my name . I MEANN really. I even went far enough to delete all 2k13 info off my xbox. Go back in game, its STILL there like WTF! Im so Aggravated with this bull****. Does anyone have some advice

You can change your My Player name... Just go to the my player settings (Left Tab on home screen) and its in the options.

Question: I asked for a trade and got granted it. I was able to pick 3 teams. My next game with my current team i'm playing crazy minutes. Is this game determining what team I get traded to? I figured it went like:

1= A
2= B
3= C

In terms of grade for that game. Anyone experienced this?

exit to main menu and edit the "myplayer".

all changes to myplayer is reflected in mycareer.
